Hello, This message comes from the Facebook API and means that some of the requested permissions (publish_to_groups, pages_show_list, pages_manage_posts, business_management) are not granted in your app setup. To solve this, you need to make sure the Facebook App you are connecting with has these permissions approved in App Review.

Hi. I move my websites from other hosting, I have 2 license and before everything was working really good, but now, one of the websites is working fine (and in the setting, for example Facebook, Categories and Taxomanies are selected with color BLUE), but the other website is not working now, but here those settings are in GREY color, and are not posting, even directly, in none of the social networks, all of them are in GREY color. How can I fix that ?

Thanks for reaching out. From your description, it seems that the plugin settings are not saved correctly on the new website (that’s why the options appear in grey and posting is not happening).
Please try the following steps:
1. Go to Social Auto Poster → Settings, re-select your categories/taxonomies and social accounts, and click Save Changes.
2. Make sure your social accounts are reconnected after migration – sometimes tokens/keys need to be refreshed when moving to a new server.
3. Clear any cache (server-side or plugin) and then try posting again.
If it’s still not working after re-saving and reconnecting, kindly open support ticket for the same, we’re happy to assist you for the same.
1.- I re-selected the categories and still is in grey color. 2.- I clear cache, and nothing happen 3.- Thing looks weird because I have another website, that also was moved to this new hosting.
The current version that both websites has are : 5.5.0, but a thing to notice is in the website that is working good, in settings, after “Enable Autoposting for :”, it has 2 options “Leads-Emails” and “Lockers”; but the one that is not working good doesn’t have the “Leads-Emails” option, when both are 5.5.0.

Thanks for sharing the error details. The issue is happening because your server’s PHP installation does not have the XML-RPC extension enabled, which our plugin requires for WordPress posting.
Please contact your hosting support and ask them to enable the PHP xmlrpc extension for your current PHP version. Once it’s enabled, the error will disappear and you’ll be able to access the Social Auto Poster settings normally.

Hi, just purchased the plugin, about facebook auto posting, i choosed the facebook app method not the graph API, and i authorized my account by login normally, now is it still mandatory to create a facebook App and select the version to make it work or no need to create an App through facebook?

If you’ve chosen the Facebook App method and already authorized your account via normal login, then you do not need to create your own Facebook App manually.
Regarding the auto-post issue:
Please ensure the “Auto Publish” option is enabled in the plugin settings for your post type (e.g., listings).
If your users are creating posts via a custom post type (like a marketplace listing), make sure that post type is selected in the plugin’s auto-post settings.
Cron jobs listed are correct and handle publishing automatically, so if they’re running but nothing posts, it could be due to missing permission or misconfiguration.
To resolve this:
Go to the plugin settings → Facebook → Auto Publish → ensure your custom post type (listings) is selected.
Double-check that all required fields (title, content, image) are being properly sent with the post.

Hello, Thanks for detailed video , as per the video shared, you have checked every box for “Exclude Posting Days” , this causes the delay for scheduled posts, use this setting when you don’t want to post at that particular day, as you’ve checked each box , your scheduled post does not post at any day.

Hi! The posting order depends on how your posts are scheduled in the plugin. It processes them one by one based on the order , so if two posts are queued and both are assigned to the same platform, they’ll go to that platform.
If you want to distribute posts across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn, make sure your scheduled posts are targeting different platforms accordingly. The plugin doesn’t automatically split posts across platforms , it follows the schedule as configured.

Also, to manage scheduled posts, go to: Social Auto Poster → Manage Schedules There you can use the Bulk Unscheduled option to remove any posts you no longer want to publish.
One more question: If there are 5 business pages under my personal facebook, can we login to individual page to post? How is your plugin dealing with this situation?
When you connect your Facebook main account, the plugin will automatically fetch all pages you have admin access to. You don’t need to log in to each page separately. After connecting, you’ll be able to select which page to post to from the plugin’s settings. You can even assign different posts to different pages based on your setup.
