Yes, we do have feature that allows you to add product id to exclude or include in posting but there is no directly option for selecting sold or available products for posting so you will need to manually select products to be excluded with your posting.

As mentioned earlier for our APP as well we are using GraphAPI from facebook while if you are looking to use only your own APP you can do surely connect with our support team and they can guide you but you will need to do the following by your self only.
Facebook is not pulling the pages that are checked during the authorization process. The only thing that comes up is My Name and Facebook User ID with no pages under it.
Do you have your business verified on your Facebook Business manager account and pages are verified with that business?

I´m a happy user of your plugin but I have a question from time ago regarding the way contents are shared:
Sometimes I need to share only the content of a post in social media, not the link.
As far as I know this could be done by not using the ‘link’ tag in the post / repost templates BUT everytime the plugin shares something with linkedin and twitter its still sharing the URL.
Can you help with this? may be its something I´m not configuring properly?
I need just to share the text, no links at all.

Do you mean that it post in the form of card (like Twitter card)?
For Twitter that´s the case , and for Linkedin the effect is similar.
I post this as a custom message (only content field): {content}
yet the shared post includes a link to the original post.

As checked there is no such error that we are facing, while if you are getting error for cookie you can try to check if your browser is not following any strict policy for cookie handling such can be found on browser setting > cookie.

I’ve been using the plugin to share my posts on Linkedin, but I see that there’s a length limitation with the post size: something like 300-400 characters or so.
Why is this, is this a limitation imposed by Linkedin?
I´m asking because I have seen other API integrations where people are sharing full length posts… am I missing something?

As for our plugin we are not implying any character limits that can restrict posting while we do simply pass full content on through API.

the post is simply not describing what is happening: I can never share more than say 350 characters no matter what: personal profile, page, etc.

Hello, the linkedin size issue got solved in latest version but the scheduler is not working any more and the plugin keeps sending updates.
I´m afraid something is wrong and I have had to deactivate the plugin.

How many individual/different social media accounts can I add?
There is no such limits from our code side for adding social accounts, you can add as many social accounts as you need. If you do face any issue please do get in touch with our dedicated support and they will be able to help you through.

Social Auto Poster, is a WordPress plugin that will work with installed site and its contents. Also the license will allow you 1 site installation so if you are somehow having multiple clients on same site it will work for them.
Please, tell me how safe is this to post to 100’s of different social media accounts without getting flag, banned or without the use of proxies? Thanks
Posting to different social media account should not cause such issue as ban or account restriction but if you are posting too frequently and any spamming a like content that should get your account under suspicious restriction and can get your account banned, while as for some reason this often happen with facebook so we have added proxy settings too with social auto poster, which you can configure according to your region and the posting will be done through the proxy configuration. The proxy setting is also available for pinterest due to its strict policies for ip based posting.

Since the 30th Aug this no longer posts to twitter. Debug shows:
Twitter error: 403 | When authenticating requests to the Twitter API v2 endpoints, you must use keys and tokens from a Twitter developer App that is attached to a Project. You can create a project via the developer portal.
Twitter did recent updates on their Developer Portal removing free version of API and reducing limits, please verify if the APP you are using is still under any relevant project if not you will need to have a twitter APP that is associated with a project.

For Our plugin social auto poster, when posting to social media we are simply using the image from featured image for the relevant product or post, so if in case your plugin does update image on featured image that will be posted.

For twitter, I can see, you only offering API key/API secret and twitter doesn’t support this method free of cost at the moment. What’s the alternative now? Please let me know asap so I can proceed with the payment.
For twitter still they have free version of API if you have only 1 project and 1 app, with 1500 Post calls. You can do find the same here : https://developer.twitter.com/en/docs/twitter-api/getting-started/about-twitter-api
If you require any more posting that the allowed permission you will need to migrate to any paid plans, as for currently there is no alternative available with our plugin.

With our plugin license you will be able to activate the plugin on single site, so for each individual site you will be required to have individual license that can be used to activate the plugin.

You can try by disabling all the plugins on your domain and try to activate social auto poster, if that works you can check by enabling each plugin one by one to find out the plugin code conflict and that is causing the issue for you.

I have been having recurring issues witht his plugin not posting to various platforms. It never tells you when it stops working, you you have to manually keep checking every platform to make sure posts appear.
Twitter has been broken for over 6 months now, and I have spent the last 6 months getting nowhere with your support, it takes you weeks and weeks to reply each time, and you need to be comnstantly chased, you don’t reply to emails at all.
I am not going to pay for yet another 6 month renewal on my support just to ask the same questions again and be ignored again.

As mentioned earlier we have not been facing such any issue for a while now that lasted over 6month as well our twitter posting is not facing any issue with SAP. so if you are facing such issue you can update to latest version and with all plugins and default WordPress theme you can try with posting to twitter that should work fine for you.

as you are already fully aware, I already have the latest version. This is pretty much your only response “update to the latest version”.... Updating to the latest version doesn’t fix anything, it didn;t fix it last time or the time before or the time before.
I never asked you to provide lifetime support for free, I have paid you for support multiple times and still never got these issues fixed. You spent the last 6 months ignoring all my messages for weeks and weeks and weeks. And then the support expired, now you want me to pay again just to fix the exact same issue and probably just get ignored for another 6 months.
