I am asking if this feature is available. Can an Admin disable automatic joining of students? Students can join/sign up but the admin should aprove before loging in? Is this feature avalible currently?

I’ve reviewed the script and I’m truly impressed with the features it offers — it’s an excellent platform. I was planning to use it to train employees from Mexico working in my father’s company in California. However, I encountered a critical flaw that needs to be addressed immediately:
The system does not support video integration from Bunny Stream or Cloudflare Stream, two of the most secure and efficient platforms available. These services allow DRM protection to prevent video downloads — a fundamental requirement for any serious training or educational project.
Instead, the platform only supports basic options like YouTube, Vimeo, Wasabi, and Google Drive — all of which are either easily downloadable or risky for streaming. In fact, Google Drive can suspend your account if it detects high-volume video streaming, which makes it a fragile solution for professional use.
This omission is disappointing, especially considering how robust the rest of the system is. If support for secure streaming platforms like Bunny or Cloudflare were added, I’m confident this would attract more serious clients and organizations.
I was ready to purchase the script along with several add-ons, but this missing feature — something so essential — is currently a dealbreaker.
Please consider implementing support for direct or iframe-based secure streaming integrations with Bunny and Cloudflare. It would make a huge difference.

1. If allow_url_fopen is not enabled on your server.
2. If YouTube Data API is not enabled while creating YouTube API key.

Before purchasing…. There is something important to note after trying the demo version: After setting up student login for one device, if the student log out of the system, they will be allowed to log in on another device !!! this means that the student can share login information for more than one device.
