It is very difficult to install, usually they have to install it themselves even if they say otherwise. In my case, I already migrated from the server and it stopped working, but support has already expired.

Please note that your license is valid for one server only, which is why the application may not work properly after migration. However, we understand that migrations can happen, and we always try to stay flexible in such cases.

The system is amazing! Very well developed, with a solid structure and great features for managing online courses. However, a major issue is the limitation on payment methods. It should accept all currencies by default—this shouldn't be an extra service. Nowadays, every learning system supports multiple currencies because online businesses have no borders. Today alone, I lost several sales due to this restriction. If an update improves currency support, this script would be perfect!

We would rate more than 3 if there was a better support strategy, the support is very slow and had to do most of the issue solving and modifications ourselves, even though this is a great product, but we had many complications regarding RTL setup specially with the interface

We discussed it with our team, normally every day we provide support to our customers, but sometimes it can be extended up to 2 days due to our weekend day or any other emergencies. However, we noted your point carefully.
If you share which type of complications you facing regarding RTL setup, it would be helpful for us to rethink that.
