We identified an issue in the system’s default email handling, specifically in the password reset flow, that affects email delivery to Outlook/Hotmail and Yahoo accounts.
What is happening
The SMTP configuration itself is working correctly (MailChannels tested).
A custom Email Model with clean headers successfully delivers emails to Outlook, Yahoo, and Gmail.
However, the default system email methods fail for Outlook/Yahoo with the error:
550 5.1.20 SMTP; Multiple From addresses are not allowed without a Sender address

Please note that the Regular License is suitable for personal or internal use where you’re not charging end users—for example, your own project or website.
The Extended License is required when you’re charging end users, such as for a client project or a commercial platform.

I have added one course to the LMS, but it is not showing in the admin panel, although it is visible on the frontend. Also, users are not able to buy or purchase the course. When I click on “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” nothing happens.

Before purchasing, I need clarification on the technical stack: Questions:
- Is the current CodeIgniter version (item #22703468) still built on CodeIgniter 3 or has it been upgraded to CodeIgniter 4?
My main concern is long-term maintainability. I need a solution that will remain secure and supportable for the next 5-10 years. The lack of security updates for CI3 and limited PHP 8.x support is currently the primary blocker preventing me from purchasing the CodeIgniter version.
I’m already familiar with your product and happy with the feature set, but I want to ensure I’m investing in a modern, maintainable codebase rather than inheriting technical debt.

Your issue has already been resolved by our support team. The problem was related to the HTTP configuration — your application was running on HTTPS, while the server-side data was loading over HTTP. We have corrected this configuration, and everything is now running properly over HTTPS.

- In the admin panel, you can update the API key and enable the Google Service API. If the lesson type is set to Google Drive and you provide a public Google Drive video link, users will be able to watch the lessons directly.
- Yes, you can make courses private and manually enroll users of your choice. Private courses will not be visible publicly.
- Sorry, this feature is not available at the moment.
- Yes, we offer customization services.
- No, there is no separate verification process. You can configure your own certificate, and once a user completes a course, they will be able to download the certificate automatically.

Yes, the Academy LMS platform includes a revenue settings section in the admin panel. From there, the admin can configure how course revenue is shared between the admin and the instructor.
You can set the percentage of the course fee that goes to the instructor and how much the admin earns as commission. This allows full control over the monetisation and payout structure of your LMS marketplace.
