1. Zoom Addon & Free Zoom Plan: If your class has up to 100 students, you can use Zoom’s free plan and your students will still be able to join your live classes. If you need more participants or longer meeting durations, you can upgrade your Zoom plan from here: https://zoom.us/pricing.
2. PayPal Payment: PayPal is already available in the system.
3. Offline Payment & Instructor Paid Status: When using offline payment, the admin can manually verify the payment and mark the instructor payout as paid from the admin dashboard.
4. Payment Keys for New Instructors: You do not need to enter the payment keys every time you add a new instructor. Once the payment gateways are configured, they remain active for all instructors.
5. Jitsi Live Class Registration: Students do not need to register on Jitsi. Only the instructor needs to set up the meeting, and students can join the class directly from the platform.

Yes, you can accept payments via PayPal and offline methods. Instructor earnings are tracked automatically, and payouts can be handled manually (offline).
Yes, if you assign an instructor to a course, they will earn from that course based on your commission settings and can interact with students.
The system supports multiple languages. You can set English as default, and users can switch to Arabic. Course content needs to be added manually in Arabic if required.
You can use YouTube videos, but please note that complete protection is not guaranteed with YouTube links.

The Academy Coordinator comes with an addon system. If you purchase the Coordinator version, you will need to buy multiple addons separately to access all the features of the application.
However, if you choose our Academy Laravel version, there is no need to purchase any additional addons—the full set of features comes included.
If you follow our recommendation, we suggest using the Academy Laravel version. This version is long-term stable, easily updateable, and maintenance-friendly, providing smooth support for future security fixes, library updates, and new features.
For these reasons, the Laravel version is a future-proof and reliable choice, keeping your application more flexible, secure, and maintainable.

Hello, how does the course gift system work? When a previously registered student wants to gift a course to someone else, the field to enter the recipient’s email address is not visible. How does this process work? I couldn’t find any information about it in the documentation.

Why am I being purnished for Codecanyon’s purchase code validation check API errors?
If the problem is related to Codecanyon’s purchase code validation check API, why is it affecting only purchase codes from your products? Within the past 3 days I have purchased and installed 8 different scripts from 8 different vendors on Codecanyon and i didn’t get any issue with validating all their purchase codes except for your product.
I feel link this is a tactic you are using to force buyers to renew support even when they clearly don’t need your support.
If you have a purchase code verification system for a product, it is your duty to ensure that it works and if it fails to work you should have a manual way to check or verify that the code is legit.
Why do i have to purchase a product which i can’t install because the purchase code verification system of the seller is malfunctioning or not working? Please, priotize fixing this issue so i can proceed for i have been stuck for days now.

Is there a Group Course feature: selling courses in bulk to a company. The company can appoint a user as the admin who can register their employees for the purchased courses, and then monitor the progress of each student and grades?

Academy LMS does not currently offer a dedicated Group Course or corporate training feature where a company can assign an admin to manage employees and track individual progress or grades.
However, the Course Bundle Subscription add-on allows you to create and sell multiple courses as a bundled package with a subscription model. Admins can define bundles, set subscription periods, and sell them to users. Students can subscribe to a bundle, get enrolled in all included courses, and renew their subscription after the defined period.
Please note that this add-on does not support company-level administration, employee registration by a company admin, or monitoring individual learner progress and grades within a group or organization.

Before purchasing, I would like to confirm a few technical points regarding the latest versions of Academy LMS with the Store / Marketplace features enabled.
My goal is to run Academy LMS as a multi-product digital marketplace (courses, eBooks, digital files, mentoring/consultations), not only as a traditional LMS.
Could you please confirm the following points:
1) Standalone Digital Products Can digital products such as PDF eBooks, ZIP files, audio files, and templates be sold as standalone products, each with its own landing page and price, without being attached to a course?
2) Meetings / Mentoring Sales Can Meetings / Consultations (1-on-1 or group) be sold independently, meaning users pay only for the meeting slot, without course enrollment?
3) Mixed Bundles Can a Bundle include mixed items (for example: 1 course + 1 eBook + 1 meeting) and be sold as a single product, with its own affiliate commission rules?
4) Vendor / Instructor Autonomy Can vendors/instructors upload and manage their own Store products (eBooks, files) and Meetings independently from their dashboard, or does the Admin need to create these items on their behalf?
5) Offline Payment Flow (Proof of Transfer) When using Offline Payment (proof of transfer / manual approval): - Does the system automatically calculate and split commissions for vendors and affiliates once the Admin approves the payment? - Does this work for all product types (Courses, Store products, Meetings, Bundles)?
6) Platform Commission (Service Fee) Is it possible to set a global platform commission / service fee that applies to all vendor sales, while still allowing product-specific commissions (e.g. 50% for eBooks, 10% for courses)?
7) Vendor & Affiliate Payout System Does the system include a native “Withdrawal Request” (Payout) system for both vendors/instructors AND affiliates, with separate balances and dashboards for each role?
Holding Period, Disputes & Refund Protection
Does the Admin have full manual control to approve or delay payouts for both vendors and affiliates, including enforcing a custom holding period (e.g. 7 days) before funds become withdrawable?
Additionally, during this holding period: - Can the Admin handle disputes, refund requests, or quality complaints from customers? - Is it possible to reject or reverse a payout if there is a dispute, refund, or customer dissatisfaction before releasing the funds?
9) Checkout Simplification for Digital Products Can the checkout process for digital products be simplified by removing shipping and address fields, making it suitable for purely digital sales?
My intention is to use Academy LMS as a technology intermediary, connecting local creators and affiliates with buyers in an emerging market.

Standalone Digital Products Currently, Academy LMS supports selling PDF-based eBooks only as digital products. Other file types (ZIP, audio, templates) are not supported by default.
Meetings / Mentoring Sales Yes, 1-to-1 tutor booking is available. Meetings can be sold independently. For detailed workflow and limitations, we recommend checking the live demo.
Mixed Bundles At this moment, mixed bundles (course + eBook + meeting) are not supported.
Vendor / Instructor Autonomy Some vendor-managed features are available from the instructor dashboard, while others require admin control. Please review the demo to see which actions instructors can manage independently.
Offline Payment & Commission Split Offline payment with automatic commission calculation and splitting is not available in the current version.
Platform Commission (Service Fee) Only course-based commission settings are available. Product-specific or global commission rules for other product types are not supported by default.
Vendor & Affiliate Payout System Instructors have a dashboard where they can view their available balance and submit withdrawal requests. Withdrawals require admin approval. However, the admin cannot view all instructors’ balances in a consolidated view.
Holding Period, Disputes & Refund Control Holding periods, dispute handling, refund-based payout reversals, and payout delays are not available as built-in features.
Checkout Simplification for Digital Products Academy LMS is primarily a learning management system, not a full eCommerce platform. Therefore, shipping and address fields are not included in the checkout flow.
Please note that some of the features you mentioned are not available by default, but they can be developed through custom customization if required. We highly recommend reviewing the demo for better clarity on current functionality.
