You can have booking partners, together with buddypress plugin you can allow them to register and assign car rental partner role. Insurance is an extra item, and you can add extras. And there is no booking.com integration, but someone with developer skills can create it for you. EWP website is blank, no more custom works unless you have big budget.
Hello, I have some questions about how reservations work. After the first reservation, a wordpress user associated to the email is created. If you want to make a second reservation with the same email account you must first login, or write the same name and surname as in the first reservation, otherwise it gives error. What happens is that after making a registration with a new email account I am not receiving any password so I have no way of knowing it. I also see that in some demo there is a system to retrieve the form “Search for Existing Customer Details”, but it doesn’t appear to me, I can’t find how to activate it. The questions would be 2: - How does a customer who makes a reservation know his password? - How does the form retrieval system work and how is it activated? Is it necessary to use the date as a mandatory field to use it?

To summarise:
After a reservation, a WordPress user is automatically created, but no password is sent to the customer. ➤ How can the customer log in or get a password?
I noticed an option to disable the creation of WordPress accounts for new bookings, but it appears greyed out and cannot be selected. ➤ Is it possible to disable account creation? Would that affect any plugin features?

My site initially has only one vehicle, I would like to be able to show the calendar of this vehicle with a range greater than 30 days. I know there is this shortcode [car_rental_system display=“availability” layout=“calendar”] but I don’t know if I can modify the amount of days displayed or maybe change the month displayed (and add several shortcodes, one for each month). I’m currently building a multilingual website in the car rental business, and after researching several plugins, your Car Rental System (Native WordPress Plugin) stands out as a very strong candidate.
However, I’m in a bit of a dilemma and I would be immensely grateful if you could help me clarify a few things before I make the purchase: Here’s what I need the plugin to support:
Vehicle & Location Setup —-Set working hours for each location (including lunch break/siesta) —-Add location-based pickup/drop-off fees
Pricing & Availability —-Define seasonal or custom prices by date range (e.g. May 1–4 = €30/day, May 1–7 = €25/day) —-Add deposits per vehicle —-Add early pickup / late return fees
Search & Filtering —-Display a car listing with filters (category, transmission, fuel, etc.) on a dedicated page —-Reservation Flow —-All bookings should enter “pending” status until manually approved by the admin —-Customer receives automatic email after admin confirms the reservation —-Option for user to change or cancel a reservation via reservation code/email
Admin Panel —-Full dashboard for the admin: see reservations, calendar, customer details, etc.
Language & Payment —-Fully translatable (Bosnian) —-Accept card payments via bank transfer
“On Request” Pickup Location Some pickup locations should not be directly bookable.Instead, the user selects the location, and the system should ask them to request availability (i.e. no auto-booking). Is this possible with your plugin, perhaps using the “Get a Quote” feature?
I know this is a long list, but I would deeply appreciate it if you could go through it and let me know if your plugin supports all (or most) of these features.

Plugin supports most of the features, siestas, date range, extra fees if needed, has admin dashboard, all reserations are confirmed, but admin marks them as paid. If you do not select price group for car it has ‘get a quote’ button, and if you create location without address you can use customers location address he enters in last booking step.

1. Is there a visual filter UI on the car listing page (e.g. dropdowns to filter by category, transmission, fuel type), or is filtering only possible via URL parameters / shortcode attributes?
2. Can the customer edit or cancel their reservation via a link or code after submitting it (e.g. a dedicated “Manage My Booking” page)?
3. Does the plugin send an automatic confirmation email to the customer after the admin manually confirms a reservation (by sending an invoice)?
4.And just to be sure — if it turns out after testing that the plugin doesn’t support the specific features I need, is it possible to request a refund?
I’m asking because I’ve seen these features in the WP Car Rental themes using your plugin, but I only need the standalone plugin, not a theme. So I just want to be sure which parts are native to the plugin itself, and which are added via a child theme.

I would like to know if there is a way to create affiliate or referral links—essentially, unique URLs I could give to local partners such as hotels. The goal is to track where each booking is coming from, so I can identify which partner referred the customer.
Ideally, I’d like each hotel to have its own unique booking link, and when a customer books through that link, I would see in the booking details who referred them.

We had already updated the slug in the main settings as you suggested. However, the internal structure still uses “car” — including page slugs, post type names, and other references.
We noticed that we cannot access or edit these custom post types through ACF or CPT UI, so we were wondering if there is a way to fully rename or reassign these without editing the plugin code directly.
We are aware that editing the code manually could cause internal conflicts, and we would prefer to avoid that if possible.
If code editing is absolutely necessary, we will research carefully to minimize risks.

We are using the Tamtun “Car Rental Service” theme with the “Yachts” skin, along with the “Car Rental System” plugin. Our license is a1a9bb8f-1540-4653-8594-ec51b26bf4b6 (Regular License, 26 Apr 2025).
Since we are a yacht charter company, we would like to change the URL structure (slug) to better match our business. Currently, URLs are being generated with /car_rental_location/, and we would like to remove or rename the word “car” in the slugs.
Is there a built-in option or a recommended way to change the slugs for the custom post types (e.g., car_rental_location) without modifying the plugin code?

In car rental admin, there are slug setting, you can rename it there. Its the main settings page.
Good morning we have put the plugin on a site and I can’t pass cars. I have passed 17 Models and now it is stuck and it shows me an error in the SKU which is produced by the system alone

Strange situation, plugin cant stop working without a reason, you can send a video to info (at) xrental (thedot) com, but if you want me to login to your server and debug that would cost extra fee. My advice is to check what is your mysql insert id, maybe it is broken somewhy, but it is strange, never happened to me. Try create new row manually in mysql car_rental_models table.
If I show just for specific location then it works but not working with all locations, Please Fix it ASAP

You can always test with twentysixteen default theme to see results. Usually it works well and there should be no buga. Make sure you provide correct shortcode parameters, as from what i see you use some strange values for shortcode, not according to manual.

You need to buy that theme and ask theme author, read theme manuals. Default shortcodes are in CRS admin section named instructions.

Hello I have purchased your plugin about 5 years ago, but stoped the project, not want to activate it again, about one mounth I have turned on ads and is about 200 visitors a day, as I see on visitor path on counter service, the visitor goes on the form filling but reservation are not comming till, can you help me to check the functionality of your plugin, is everything okay and working, and help me find out the reason of nonmaking a booking?
I conducted my research based on the behavior of visitors.
1) When you go to the site, one price is indicated on the car, when you book a the price are bigger, I understand that the system at first glance writes the most favorable price based on a percentage discount in order to lure the buyer, but this has a negative effect.
2)When the booking process occurs not from the filling main form, but from the page of the car itself or car list, and goes to the next stages of filling out the booking, the car that has already been choosed to be booked and all information about that car, will follow all 4 stages of booking, this is very inconvenient, after moving to each stage you need to constantly scroll down to fill out further.
Also something works not fully correct, cause visitors visits website, trying to fill the form, and this is all, they are not ending started booking.

I recently purchased your Car Rental System plugin for WordPress from Envato as a prospective replacement for my current Bike Hire (Prestashop0 website. I have a good web developer and we have tried to set the parameters to suit how my business operates. However, there are some key areas that we cannot set/change to give us the functionality we need? Can you advise if there are settings within the module to: Enable different types of Bikes to be added to an order? Change the delivery/collection fees to charge per order rather than per item? Allow one day hires that start and finish on the same day? Change the hire intervals to am/pm rather than hourly? If you use full search without class, then you can add multiple items to an order. Location fees are charged per order. You can also have same day return and pickup, make sure days until pickup parameter is set to the one you want. AM/PM needs custom works and investments into that so you may want to look to a developer that can do that.

I bought this product but after installing it I realised that I can add a deposit for the car but there is no option for: if a customer wants to buy a full casco insurance, deposit must be another one lower or 0. Also for the search form: when a customer puts the current day, it should not allow him put a previous hour. Ex: if now it is 13:00, it should not allow you put current day, 11:00 hour. Another thing is that I can see on setting up the cars: partners. But there is no way to add partners. The customers should be able to choose from our partners and for them there should be other terms and conditions.

To add a partner you need to assign wp users the “car rental partner” role. Terms and conditions are the same. If you need it custom, that means custom works and you need a developer for that. Better would be that you just add IF statement in terms and conditions. Time until pickup limits the earliest time on order.
