I get a huge error on my server while searching for updates on my wordpress website. All redirecting to the Zoomsounds plugin. Please let me know how to fix:

Hello, the player is facing a bug with last wordpress update…nothing can be played…the play / pause button don’t work anymore , not any songs starts or can be played (when your turn wordpress in debug mode , there are many php deprecated errors…not any update of the plugin since october 2023… Most people have this issue ! thx to answer and do something

We are facing an issue with the behavior of the player when interacting with the scrub bar. When using the regular player (without the footer player), if the player is initially not playing, clicking on the scrub bar does not change the Play button to Pause: https://prnt.sc/6wUAGjT3-kg7

However, if the player is in the footer and initially not playing, clicking on the scrub bar changes the Play button to Pause, but the music does not start: https://prnt.sc/GaS4afBGIsmF This behavior differs from the first case because, with the footer player, the “is-playing” class is added, which does not happen with the regular player.

Hi dear developer, I’m using ZoomSounds together with the Impreza theme and WP Bakery Builder. Unfortunately my WPBakery does not show the player generator. I therefor created many playlists with just 1 audiofile inside. Is there a way around this?

Currently the Playlist name (or song title) is right under the waveform. This looks uneasy to the eye when setting up a grid of playlists/players. The button should be on the side and the title on top, while showing the waveform progress. How can I do this? I did not find a preset in your layouts.

Also I changed “Waveform BG Color” of all my player configs to red. While all color changes are reflected on my website, the BG Color does not change and remains black.

I baught your audio plugin. Sorry after 1,5h it really sucks. Wp 6.7.1. with elementor. No way to create a simple Audioplayer with simple design. Jumping through 1000 menues and checking 100 times if anything changes. This ist useless.

So stupid, crap. I want my money back!

And: 12 years Wp experience. Sorry don´t sell such a thing.

Hi, I have just purchased the zoom player. I am struggling with the custom CSS. I have a dark website and now the player has a white background and a purple color name description, a purple square on the left , and a dark purple play button. How can i change these colors?

Can I add a download button to the player?

This audio player, which is excellent and I love the customization, seems to cause the Astra themes “customize” function to not work. The workaround is to deactivate Zoomsounds to make changes to the Wordpress theme, then reactivate it for use. Is there any way to avoid that? Did I install it incorrectly?

I am considering using this plugin, but it does not appear to have any support. Is there anyone who knows how to support zoomsounds?

Hi Team, after installing the ZoomSounds Portal, I got a critical error on my page. What could be the problem? I use buddyboss pro. On my staging-page page I only acitvated you Plugins, so there is no conflict with other Plugins. Would be nice to use your plugin.
