may i know the integration system need to pay ? such as https://openrouteservice.org
The default application works without any integration. Openrouteservice is optional and its free. The only thing that could be paid are Google’s APIs, but you don’t have to use them.

I found two issues in the map script, that is
1. When a map is opened inside an iframe, live tracking is not working. Error Message Shown as “Unable to retrieve location (in android mobile phone).
2. When i share a location in anywhere i click on the map, first time it shows successfully the modal pop up screen (center map here, zoom in, zoom out, latitude, and and longitude and share this location). When it shared first time, it successfully shared. But when I try to click on another location not a marker, it not show the center map here, zoom in, zoom out, latitude, and and longitude and share this location pop up modal (in mobile phone).
3. In your support system, I’m not able to raise the ticket even I select the With which product or category do you need help? Bug Report (no need active support)
Kindly fix this issue in the next update.

There is a bug discovered using iOS devices, (apple devices) When opening A map using chrome or safari on iPhone 12, the icons in maps will not open up or show icon details. I don’t know about other apple devices, but using chrome developer console and rendering as apple tablets, or other apple phones the same issue occurs.
First time bug the was found, I was using a physical iPhone 12 Pro.

Is it possible to set it so that if you are in Germany, for example, the entries in the vicinity are displayed? Example: I am in Germany and when I go to the map, the entries from Mallorca (Spain) are always displayed first. Is it possible that only the entries that are close to my location are displayed?
the only way is to enable “search radius” in edit map – search tab and set a “default radius size” in km by default. Now when you obtain your location on the map, the results are limited within that radius size.
I’m all for live tracking, but we can’t really use the data we collect right now. It would be awesome if we could add this data to a map and add markers and such.
Isn’t it enough that I added all the live tracking paths in the collected data menu on the backend?

Hello, it can be used for multiple purposes, but the main one is as a store locator, so if your customer has multiple stores he can show them on the map. Obviously they don’t have to be a store, but you can add anything to the map.

There is a bug in the system. If a marker is added and the setting in backend is kept to be Auto Approve, the marker is still not visible on the screen. The map has to be refreshed in order to see the newly added marker. So if adding multiple markers with auto approval, not a single is visible on the screen unless the page is refreshed. this causes confusion when adding multiple markers

sure thanks! also it would be great if there could be a feature where the markers on the map are automatically refreshed. so if the map is open, and 10 markers are added, these markers will be visible without the need of refreshing the whole map page.

To help the “Location History” operate more effectively, I would like to share a few observations and suggestions: Optimization Needed: Background operational stability. Currently, the feature often stops when [the screen is off / receiving a call / opening a new tab] and does not restart automatically. Desired Goal: Smooth and continuous background operation whenever the browser is open and permission has been granted. Improvement Ideas: Add an option to delete individual history entries. Consider adding a “Member” Plugin (potentially paid) for Simple map to enhance stability, reliability, and data management.

I’d like to request a new feature: the ability to add live camera feeds onto the map. It would be great if we could add a point on the map that, when clicked, opens a live video stream from a specific URL. This would be incredibly helpful for security monitoring and tracking assets in real-time, as it would combine location data and live video in one place. Thanks for considering
You can already do it: in the settings of the marker – tab style – in the detail window section, set the type to open modal and insert the link of your page that do the live stream.
I propose to add the ‘Location Log’ and ‘Member’ features to the map. This functionality will enable the system to track and store GPS location data of each participating member throughout their use of the map. The implementation of this feature will help me accurately monitor the travel routes of members and support safety supervision activities.

When I import a KML file (polygon), your script offers to select the fill color and border color — but it doesn’t work. The fill is always transparent.
I would like to adapt the script for use in agriculture.
I’d like to add the following features: • When hovering over an imported layer from a KML file, a custom name for that layer should be displayed. There should be a field to enter a custom name for each uploaded file. • If I upload 50 KML files with polygons, I want to see a list of these files. When clicking on a file in the list, the camera should move to the selected object (polygon). • For each imported object, I want to add additional information: • photo • title • description text • plus several customizable fields (10 or 20) with different data types (selectable). • It should be possible to search by the name of the imported file. • For each file, I want to specify an expiration date for the polygon. When the current date approaches the specified date, the system should: • send an email notification 2 weeks in advance (with the option to write a custom message), • send a second reminder 3 days before the date, • and a final reminder on the due date. • Once expired, the polygon’s fill and border should turn red.

Yes they use the static google maps tiles, You have to set the style as custom and put the google maps tile url, but unfortunately I can’t give you the parameters because it’s against Google’s policies to use those tiles on third-party maps without API.
