Hi! I am interested to buy the plugin. Before I do I have a question. I have the free version installed, in the language settings page I wanted to add translations, but when I select either L2 or L3 it just goes back to the main settings page. Is this a bug or something wrong on my end?
I read here in the comments that I have to enable corresponding events in eventon/settings/general but this option is not there in the settings. So will this language feature work in the paid version or something went wrong during my installation. Thank you !

“Enable language corresponding events” isn’t available on EventON Lite. Only the full version allows you to use it.
The next version is pretty much ready and will fix the issue.

is it possible to have the “View in My Time” set as the default via backend instead of the user having to click it? You have the functionality, just need it be as default when enabled and not have the original time shown.
There is this option that is available:
“EventON > Time > Enable “View in my time” button on frontend events – This will help visitor to localize event time > Display Local Time on Load”
I enabled it, so it should show the time on load. Please check the links from my previous message and also try yourself on dev.

Thanks for your reply! It’s for a fair that includes several events happening throughout the day in the same venue. There is only one main entrance where staff will manually scan the QR code as attendees arrive. So ideally, we’d like to have one single ticket that grants access to the entire fair, rather than separate tickets for each individual event.

Purchased a paid item and no resolution to my bug report since March 3 – over a month now! Highly inappropriate for a paid product with supposedly 2 day support response. I don’t even need you to fix the bug itself any more – just give me hook to disable adding the completely wrong event details to the woocommerce email receipts. I never asked for that feature, its broken, confusing my customers and no way to turn it off!

I have done so now but if you can reply and provide some proper hooks and more elegant solution would be great. I don’t need you to fix the bug itself, just tell me how to stop your plugin outputting the wrong details into woo pages and emails.

I seem to have resolved the map showing as being in Developer Mode.
However, when users submit events, I get ‘Could not connect to map API’ error when trying to generate lat/long, so am having to find and enter these manually before publishing – quite frustrating.
Ashan will check the maps issue ASAP.
Could you go to EventON > Maps API > enable Use Openstreetmap API to get geolocation coordinates?

ok i tried that and attempted password reset – it says it will send me a temp password but only sends a notification that password has been changed (no temp password), so i have filled it in again and submitted an ‘access request’

Could you give an example of Location Address that causes this issue? With full address there shouldn’t be this issue.

I can show the woocommerce products as an event in calendar, and the exact date specified buy a metakey i set on the calendar setting, and its from another plugin (product expiry) , so whatever is the date setted on that plugin for that product it will show on the calendar, and users can see the product by click on the event on calendar
