How do i find the URL for the forms i make. I cant find it in the module and the documentation does not mention it.

meaning have you finally enabled the form to be assigned to one of the perfex users/employees. thats very important i believe we have discussed this for months..

I found a bug, check on your demo lead number 1938, it supposed to be from form submission, but it is not visible on leads page, however it exist as lead in search, where is it?

Is it possible to make progress bar more classic, i barely see it, i would like to see steps and have it in green color and under the logo, more traditional, on desktop it’s hard to notice the bar, conversion rate from such forms is low when the number of steps is unknown.

Don’t take it as an offence, you are amazing developer and I admire your skills. However I do digital marketing and work directly with clients, etc, i can tell you one story, you know who makes the worst ever websites? Yes, web developers, you know why? Because their amazing website look stunning, but conversion rate is 0%, because they have no idea what is conversion rate means, while marketing people know how to make it work for end client, this is why if you ever need working website you never hire web developer. You hire digital marketing guy who can hire web developer and manage him.

The form created not possible add to menu in costumers?

I do like the multi stage, but the multi stage needs the ability to have multiple questions, not only one. Is this something you can implement?

When form is created, the end date is blank, it suppose to be “unlimited end date” but there is a bug and form just closed by default instead of being unlimited expiry date.

Please fix it, it’s very confusing when you created a form, shared a link and form show it’s Expired and no longer accept submissions, it’s critical issue. Make it unlimited by default, it makes sense, especially for marketing people.

How to show how many steps left, some kind of progress bar?

I did not see it on demo form, it only showed a logo and the form itself, no steps, no progress bar and no option to configure it. I guess i overlook, however having it visible and configurable it would help a lot.

There is a bug, i created form, make it public, but it shows the error: “Form Closed This form is no longer accepting responses. Please contact the form owner of you think this is a mistake.” and there is no preview button and no option for templates.

How is going? Can you make form unlimited instead of expired. When new form creaated it is immediately expired.

I manage Perfex for my client, if I tell them they need to set the date to randon future date, they going to think I’m stupid manager, they hate this type of work arounds, all they need is to make form available once they save and by default it must be unlimited date, why it is is so hard to explain, I can’t believe you don’t get it.

I am unable to change the form description and If I duplicate a form, I am still unable to change the form description. I am only able to add a description when the form is being created.

What i need is, Support ticket form Create a ticket or Edit a ticket. I need to manage this form add some new fields there and edit some and remove some. Is you module allow me to do this ? And one second question can i for exemple in Create a support ticket form do like this : Add new field (Select list : A B C D) When select one from this list A for exemple it gona show me another list with choices from A and so?

As regards the Select List (A,B,C,D), Flexform supports LOGIC which conditionally show some fields depending on previous answers. Can the form be used to create new prospect and be assigned to an existing status?
Like we want to put form on a website and collect lead directly into our prospect list on the Perfex CRM ?
