With TotalPoll, you could track which user have voted in a specific poll. The plugin will not show you who didn’t vote yet from the user list though, but with a simple SQL query this can be queried from the database.

Hello, we are using the plugin for video polls, however the videos are only played with the media library file and not with urls from YouTube, Vimeo, etc. We’ve already tested everything: we’ve deactivated all the plugins, changed the theme, changed the version of Wordpress, and nothing works.

Presale Question: My question is concerning creating a poll where the user is allowed to write in any other answer they wish which is not in the multiple choices. Is it possible to have a poll with only this write in field without having the multiple choices?
Kinda makes me hesitate to purchase. If it takes this long to answer a presale question (when a sale is dependent on just getting info) then how long would it take to get support if we needed help? While I’m waiting around for the answer I will research other options also.

Anyways, if the question is about allowing users to add another text-based choice to the predefined choices, then yes this is possible by enabling “other choices” field in the question setup in the poll.

Are you referring to TotalSurvey or TotalPoll?
In case you are referring to TotalPoll, there is the “presets” feature (available through an add-on) that allows you to define the default settings for new polls (including design settings).

That appears to be a conflict with the theme or another plugin installed on your website. If possible, try disabling plugins and keeping only TotalPoll to see if the issue persists.

wow, that was fast, awesome … i have now deactivated all plugins one after the other. totalpoll worked from the moment i deactivated elementor pro. Strange, I can hardly imagine that your plugin does not work with elemtor, any ideas?

That’s possible using a shortcode that shows the results directly with a “back to vote” button that, when clicked, will bring the voting form.
2. Once they click to vote, I’d like them to have to first enter their email, then confirm it, THEN they can vote.
There is an add-on to confirm the vote via a link sent to the voter’s email.

TotalPoll does not have conditional logic. However, our other product, TotalSurvey, supports the idea that you can skip based on answers and redirect to different URLs based on the answers.

Hello, it is possible to set a limit of votes so when it’s reached, a particular option isn’t available anymore? For example, I want people to choose between option A and B but if 20 people choose option A, only the option B will be available.

Setting a limit is available (quota), but it’s for overall choices (whole poll, not a specific choice). That could be customized, though, don’t hesitate to contact our support and ask to arrange a customization request.
