hello ,, i have question regarding booking ,, does the booking mean the doctor and patient will meet physically ? i mean the patient will go to the doctor office or hospital ? or the doctor will meet him in the app only chatting or vedio call ? i donot understand ,, because when i tried to make booking in the demo ,, there is no location option !
You can use Online Appointment of Smart Hospital for both online and physical meetings of patients with doctors, and in Online Appointment there is a Live Consultation dropdown field option available; please check this https://i.imgur.com/X3ZMmHB.png screenshot. So if you select Yes here, then it will be considered a live consultation online meeting through Zoom video conference, and if you select ‘No, then it will be the physical appointment for the patient from the doctor.

I’d like to follow up again regarding the DICOM Viewer feature.
As you know, since the release of version 5.0 back in August 2024, the DICOM viewer has not been included, and unfortunately, our clients — who were expecting it based on previous announcements — are still waiting for this critical functionality.
Considering the time that has passed and the technical challenges you’ve mentioned, we would like to suggest a practical and free alternative that could solve the issue effectively without relying on commercial libraries. ✅ Suggested solution: OHIF + Orthanc (Open Source stack)
Orthanc as the DICOM backend server (fast to deploy, API-ready)
OHIF Viewer as the frontend viewer (React-based, works well in web environments)
Integration method:
Use iframe inside patient pages in your HMS
Generate secure links with preloaded study IDs
Optional: token-based access or IP restriction for added security
This approach is already used in many medical systems and would allow you to deliver a functional DICOM viewer, even if external to the CodeIgniter core.

However, we would like to remind you that the DICOM viewer integration was promised for the next updates after August 2024, because it was not completed as initially announced. If open-source libraries have proven difficult to implement, there are still other reliable technological options available. You could consider embedding a cloud-based DICOM viewer using stable solutions such as OHIF Viewer linked to an Orthanc server, or by using DICOMweb standards. There are also lightweight web-based DICOM viewers that could easily be integrated into Smart Hospital with a dedicated module. We sincerely hope you will take this into account and honor your initial commitment in the upcoming updates. Thank you again for your consideration.
Thanks for your patience, we have reviewed Orthanc server and its web viewer library it seems good and we can implement it in Smart Hospital but for customer point of view its very hard to setup and configure Orthanc server by Smart Hospital customer who don’t have sufficient technical skills that is the reason we don’t think this Orthanc server implementation cost will be cover even if we will release this feature as a paid addon. However if you still want to use Orthanc server as dicom viewer in Smart Hospital through its paid customization then please contact to us through our support portal.

Unfortunately, even after multiple updates, these core modules are not fully or properly developed in your product.

This doesn’t seem entirely accurate, my friend. It feels like you’re more focused on making the sale than ensuring the solution truly fits my needs.
From my research and understanding, running this script offline requires a proper server setup, which can only be handled by an experienced developer. I also realized that I would need someone on the ground who understands the system and can manage it effectively—especially in case of urgent issues.
Even if I host the system online, the reality is you won’t be able to support me instantly every time I need help, and you won’t be able to travel to my country for emergency support.
That’s why I believe it’s better for me to hire a local developer who understands this script and can set it up properly. I don’t have the technical knowledge to handle it myself, and I want to ensure the system is managed the right way from the start.

In Pathology/Radiology module if any patient come from same hospital IPD/OPD for pathology test then you should enter prescription no. so system will automatically fetch patient name, test details from prescription no. then further proceed for test billing and report preparation. In other cases like outside hospital or independent patient you should enter new patient details and further start adding there test details then further proceed for test billing and report preparation.

I’m reporting an issue with your latest version you’re directing me somewhere else. I cannot even use the support platform. After I upgraded the application from version 4 to 5, I started experiencing issues when trying to safe prescriptions, staff records etc. You can only save prescription record if you selected only one medicine, it does not save for more than one. Some here raised the same issue, instead of you finding solution to it you’re directing me to support. DID YOU DELIBERATELY CREAT THE ISSUE TO SELL YOUR SUPPORT SERVICE?
Please also note that whenever a new Smart Hospital update comes, please update your Smart Hospital to the new version because when a new version comes, the old version package is deleted from CodeCanyon, and also we only provide support for new versions of Smart Hospital.
The new version of Smart Hospital was launched in August 2024, and it is common for most issues and bugs to be identified and reported within the first month following a release. We have addressed these concerns and provide a patch for them. However, since your support expired in January 2024, and it has now been over a year since the new version was released, and we could have considered your issue if your support had expired only six months ago , it has been significantly longer. Additionally, the reported issue appears to function correctly in our version of Smart Hospital, indicating that the problem may be specific to your installation. Therefore, we recommend that your Smart Hospital support be active for us to investigate this matter further.

Unfortunately, Smart Hospital does not provide a feature for odontograms. Although it is designed to take patient medical records, it does not currently support odontogram data or the evaluation of a patient’s dental condition.

I was about to say this but its been said already, its a bug with the new update i installed old version and it doesnt give any of this error. please fix and stop asking me to pay more money for support. i already have a license.

I stopped using this system because of the cost of buying papers every-time, am only returning to this system when you provide us with an update that supports Thermal printers, Do you even have plans of implementing it.
With Smart Hospital’s upcoming update or next upcoming update, we will release a thermal printer add-on option so you can print bills of Smart Hospital using it, but with the thermal printer, you will only be able to print bills of Smart Hospital, not the reports, and reports will be printed on A4-sized pages.
This script has become my highest frustration ever. I invested so much on this script, over a thousand times more than I ever invested on any script anywhere. Yet, I’m still not getting what I want. Issues here and there, and the developers have refused fix it. They expect me to pay them another money (almost a $1000) for support.
If you have a large number of patients in your record, Drugs Prescriptions don’t save, yet they have refused to fix this issue. They are telling me to come and pay almost a $1000 for support.
A lot of customers I have installed this script for are not able to use it.

There are hundreds of customers using Smart Hospital for large amount of patients and not facing any issue in drug prescription or in opd module or in pharmacy module, however if particular you are or anybody facing this issue then obviously we will check it under support.
