ARForms does provide feature that will provide you an option to set the limit of the submission! You can set the limit of the submission as per your requirement! Also, whenever the limit get exceed then nobody else can submit the form.

Hello, I am not asking for technical support, I just want to reset my license and nothing else. I wanted to do it online as suggested by your website. But it doesn’t work. I don’t understand why you are forcing me to buy something I don’t need… I bought the license and I would like to be able to use it wherever I want without necessarily extending the support. Since you’re using a version that is almost a decade old, it might be a bit risky to directly update to the latest version.

However, you can do one thing. Put your website on maintenance mode, backup everything ( entire wordpress including folder & database ), and then update the plugin to its latest version.

It’s also good to update the plugin while it’s in deactivated so that it doesn’t break down your website in case anything gets failed while updating and WordPress will also avoid activating the plugin that generates any critical website error so please keep your ARForms plugins deactivated and then try updating them one by one and then activate it.

Yes, ARForms and ARMember are installed, however I’ve been waiting over a week for the purchase keys to be reset. I put in a request through your website, as you told me. I also clicked on the “Click here to reset” from within the WP backend and filled out and sent the form. However, the purchase keys haven’t been reset.

Would you be able to reset my ARForms and ARMember purchase codes please?

Hello, I understand you have paid support and probably have backed up requests with those. However, I’ve put in purchase code resets almost two weeks ago. I don’t have access to the old domain where the purchase codes are locked into so I can’t manually reset from there.

You do have the “Click to reset” option. Respectfully, please reset these codes for me.

I did so and it has been installed. I was downloading the latest version for the past 4/5 days so not sure what changed.

It seems that you only have installed the lite version while the license activation related setting will be available only with pro version. I would recommend you please download and install the pro version of the ARForms and then check again.
