Is the mobile App available for SAAS? If so how to request it?

1. There is no option to reset client password from the admin panel, or send a password reset request. As a result, when clients are imported via Excel, it’s impossible to get the login details for the clients. When you try reseting the password of the new client, it say user doesn’t exist.

2. There is no option to delete invoices which isn’t good. When invoices are canceled the admin should have the option to delete the invoice as well.

3. There is no option to convert standard invoices to recurring

4. Can you add the option to send direct email from the system, and be able to tract when actions are taken as we have in freshworks?

5. There is no option to edit payments recorded. If I make a mistake in recording a specific payment for a particular invoices, there should be an option to edit and put the right figure instead of deleting the payment entirely.

6. Changing Client email from the admin panel is not possible. That means that if the client lost access to their email due to domain loss or something, the only option available is the admin to create a new account. That’s very bad.

Hello, I saw that the application can be configured for employee taxes at a fixed rate by bracket. However, I didn’t see a progressive rate, meaning that after determining the brackets, the taxes are calculated at progressive rates based on the bracket.

What is the best hosting package for the SAAS version with a DAU count of 500 running contiguously for around 10 hours? Can the saas version act as a legit platform for over 1000 DAU if the hosting is setup correctly?

Also, is there a Document Manager? If not how to setup one?

You can go with cloud server like digital ocean. It is cloud server you can check installation video for that and select the droplet according to that.

Hello, when it comes to the LETTER module, is one able to create their own variables so as to create their own type of letter, for example if I want to make to make a car sales agreement then I would create custom variables for ##BUYER##. ##SELLER##, ##VEHICLEMAKE##, etc. is this possible?

You mean you want to add another domain for development purpose. But if you are developing on localhost then you just have to keep .test as domain and the application won’t ask for purchase code

Other department can be restricted on viewing, editing, updating and deleting as per set roles and permissions rules other tasks on Kanban. Also, Group Chat functionality in the built-in Chat Messaging, ability to create,update, edit and delete group, invite team members to join chat, and a general file download and file viewer for permitted team member.

I bought the extended version and bundle version also.

When other company register they are unable to setup their own email server or smtp information.

How they can set their own smtp information?

1- How other companies can add their own SMTP ? 2- How other companies can add their own Twilio or SMS settings? 3- How other companies add their own custom domain. Their is no option to add custom domain.

All these things or settings are available in super admin but not in Admin or companies. What i am missing.
