Hi, I hava a presale question. May I ask instead of points, can this be configured as stamps? like buy 5 coffee get 1 free?
You can try on the demo if this works for your use case. Set up a campaign where:
1. Each purchase = 1 point (stamp)
2. Create a reward that requires 5 points
3. The reward can be “1 free coffee”
The system doesn’t have specific “stamp” visuals.

I purchased a full extended license recently, got a question:
Which files & database tables I should be looking into, to modify the card & member identifiers (serial codes) into alphanumeric?
1) Card Identifier (series code) right now its 3-3-3-3 digits, i want to use alphanumeric and extend it to 4-4-4-4-4 alphanumeric.
2) Member User identifier,.i want to increase and add alphanumeric code instead of current 3-3-3-3 digits to alphanumeric 4-4-4-4-4
3) In both cases (1) & (2) above – i’m assuming it will generate QR code without much changes in script / function for QR code.

Pre purchase question 1. does it have API features to plugin to Wordpress 2. API for plugin to point of sale 3. Instead of QR code can we use the Cell phone (mobile phone) number as the membership number as this number is unique as well 4. So when they purchase at a pos or online it shows their points and can redeem or get discounts against it.

Do you accept customization?
I have a reward like (1) 200 points and get 1% off on purchase amount. AND
(2) 400 points and get 5% off on next purchase amount
for example user purchase 100 INR and claim for 200 points then he has to pay 100 – 1 = 99 INR but when i scan there is only option to enter purchase amount but its not calculate the 1% of purchase amount.
same apply for 2nd reward.
How can i do that ?

One my client has his website and he loyalty integration in his website. Can I purchase this loyalty script and hosted in my domain and provide my client with API and his developer integrate API in his system. I charge my client on subscription basis to manage my server cost and maintenance.

Register button is not available in the homepage in mobile view. It has been observed our customers are stocked and don’t because of unavailability of the register button. Some people don’t have the patience. Please insert the register button on your next update for smooth registration

The Register button is available in homepage in desktop view while in mobile view is not available. What is the purpose of Register button in desktop view when most people now are using mobile. I am not looking for additional feature rather than improvement of the app. It just a matter of inserting small code on your script.
