For example, if a staff member redeems points, will a manager need to verify the redemption before releasing them?

All staff actions are viewable by a partner (manager), but there is no approval validation.

Got few pre-purchase questions (full extended license), here goes>>

1) Is that card serial code hardcoded or can I customize it? right now its 3-3-3-3 digits, what if i want to use alphanumeric and extend it to 4-4-4-4-4 alphanumeric. Is that possible in this source code? Assuming I’m getting full source code and nothing is encrypted.

2) Similar question for member serial number. What if i want to increase and add alphanumeric code instead of current 3-3-3-3 digits to alphanumeric 4-4-4-4-4?

3) In both cases (1) & (2) above – i’m assuming it will generate QR code without much changes in script / function for QR code.

please correct if there are any wrong assumptions.

Yes, the full unencrypted source code is included. The card identifier is set with a function that can be modified. Since it’s a string it supports any alphanumeric code and the QR automatically adapts to the value in the database.

Can the admin give points to the user?

What do you mean? How to add points?

How can I give points to a user from an admin account?

Admin > Partners > Log in as partner > Staff > Log in as staff member > Members > Select card > Add Transaction

Are some things automated. FOr example if i have 10 members under a card loyalty program, can i automaticyll put in admin interface that each member gets automatically X points at the beginning of the month without manually doing so?

THank you very much for the reply. 1. This would be a great feature to add in regard to automatic points. 2. Also i noticed that the admin or partner cannot really manage points aside from “deleting the last entry”. This would be important to manage especially from an admin perspective (also for the partner). Not only deleting the last entry but managing a users account over all including adjusting points when necessary.

Adjusting points isn’t straightforward because the balance is a result of transactions, not a number in the database. Each transaction impacts analytics, lists, and follows specific rules for batch points with expiration dates. To correct errors, you can delete transactions back to the one with the issue, maintaining historical accuracy.
