I hope you’re doing well.

I’d like to know if it’s possible to display two popups sequentially on the same page, for example:

The first popup appears immediately on page load;

The second popup appears 10 seconds later, while the first one is still visible or after it closes.

From the documentation, I couldn’t find a clear example about showing multiple popups with timed delays. Could you please confirm if this behavior is supported natively, or if there’s a recommended way to achieve it (e.g., using custom JavaScript triggers or multiple events)?

Quick question:

when a user has already confirmed his mailadress there is a very small error message: “Email address already confirmed.” this leads to a dead end on the website, we noticed, that many users click the link multiple times to get to our custom confirmation page with additional downloads. Then when they try to find it again they cant (they tend to use the same confirmatin link to get there) is there any way to make this message more visible (bigger) and change the standard text to an info that they should check the followup emails?

I didn’t see whether this wonderful popup integrates with SendMails. It might be a new CRM but looks very promising. If it is not yet available, maybe look into it?

I have a couple of popups that work perfectly. I noticed, today, that some people who filled it were not added to my ActiveCampaign. I am a bit puzzled. What could be possible causes for this? I am unsure where to look. Any suggestions?

Hi I had a couple questions:

1) Can I trigger a pop up when users register?

2) Can I trigger pop up when members login?

3) Can I force users to submit a form in the pop-up before they can close out of the pop up and access the website?

4) Do you have a pre-built newsletter pop up with a select menu to choose from different newsletters?

5) Does this have any special integrations with BuddyPress?

6) Do you have conditional logic that will check to see if the user has filled out their profile in our membership platform, and if not, it pop up comes up with the profile fields?

I’m using the pop-up on my WooCommerce site, and I’d like to adjust its behavior. I want the pop-up to keep appearing for users until they enter their email and phone number in the provided fields.

Once a user has submitted their details, the pop-up should no longer appear when they revisit the website.
