The deliveryman who accepts the request will first provide the delivery. I haven’t provided feedback on your project yet due to some issues I’ve noticed in the application, and I would like to share these shortcomings with you in detail:
1. In the case of self-delivery, the store cannot determine the cash in the hands of the delivery staff. When an order is delivered and paid for upon receipt, the store cannot know how much cash each delivery employee has at the end of the day, and there is no way to withdraw the amount from them. This is a very negative aspect. Previously, you allowed employees to know their available balance, and the store could display the cash in hand for each employee and settle the balance. Now, there is no way to know that or manage the cash. The store manager is now forced to work with pen and paper to calculate the cash for each delivery employee individually, which is a failed method. I understand that upon delivering the order, the amount is reflected in the store’s balance, but how will the store manager know at the end of the day how much cash each employee has individually? There is no way in the system, and this is a significant flaw. I do not want an automatic response from you that you will discuss my suggestion or that you cannot promise to add this feature. I want a concrete answer: Is this error normal? Are you satisfied with this mistake?
2. The application lacks the feature to request a cash withdrawal for delivery staff.
3. There should be an expansion in the financial data screens, records, and details.
4. The ability to choose suitable working hours daily for each employee, as some employees may not be able to work during the day, allowing them the freedom to determine what suits them to ensure fair distribution of employees and prompt delivery.
I have tried the user application and the store application and these applications are good and suitable, but the delivery employee application is not suitable at all for the size of the features in the project. I hope to get a realistic answer and not an automatic response.

Do you have any plans to enhance the delivery app with the following features?
Priority for Nearby Orders: When a delivery person accepts an order, they should be notified if there’s another nearby order that they can take. This would allow them to handle multiple orders more efficiently.
Progressive Order Assignment: Orders should be assigned progressively based on proximity. For example, if a zone is large, there’s no need to notify delivery personnel who are far away while there are others closer to the store. The closest delivery person should have the first priority, and if they don’t accept, the order can be sent to the next closest delivery person, and so on.
I see similar features in many other delivery apps, and I believe these would greatly enhance the efficiency of the delivery process in our app.
