Feedback on the 6AMMART Delivery App: Today, I had a shocking experience. I initially chose this platform because it claimed to allow live tracking of orders. However, customers cannot accurately see the delivery status on the map.

For example, I placed an order and started my delivery. Even though I arrived at the customer’s address, the app still showed me as being 2 km away. This issue needs immediate attention.

Additionally, the graphics and interface are poorly designed. This could discourage customers from using the app, which would impact order volumes. Please address these issues urgently.

Sir we have live tracking but we didn’t use any real-time technology like socket, so the location update depends on lots of things specially the app needs to be in the foreground, as it is happening by network call. We have a plan but it is costly so if you need this for your business urgently you can hire us or someone to integrate any real-time modules like socket. Thanks for your understanding.

The delivery app needs to evolve, it needs to have a statement tab so that the delivery person can see how much they have earned over time, in fact, to give an example, it would need to be similar to the Drivemond app, even if the value increased it would be very interesting.

Hello, Just to inform you, I was unable to build the app upgrade to version 2.10. My Android Studio is up to date (Ladybug version). Updating the admin to version 2.10 went smoothly. I never had any issues with version 2.1.9.

A delivery person who missed uploading an ID image should have the option to do so upon login. Alternatively, submitting an ID image should be mandatory during registration, either by uploading a photo or capturing it directly using the phone camera.

Sir for self-registration “identity image” is a mandatory field. When the admin creates a delivery man “identity image” isn’t a mandatory field but the admin can update the image later. For delivery men after login, there is no option to upload an identity image later. Thank you.

1. Auto-Assign Delivery for Optimal Speed and Fairness Enable an automatic order assignment feature that dispatches orders to the nearest available delivery personnel. This would help reduce delivery times, ensure prompt service, and eliminate the need for manual order distribution. Allow configurable assignment criteria such as proximity, current availability, and driver workload to ensure a balanced and efficient distribution of orders across all delivery personnel. Fallback Option for Manual Assignment: Include a fallback option to notify admins in case no delivery personnel are available, ensuring orders are assigned manually when necessary to prevent delays. 2. Area-Based Manual Assignment with Location-Based Tracking Implement an area-specific assignment feature where delivery personnel only receive orders within their designated zones. This reduces out-of-area assignments, allowing delivery personnel to focus on zones they’re familiar with for quicker delivery. Location-Based Time Tracking: Track working hours based on real-time location data, ensuring delivery personnel are compensated only when operating within their assigned zones. Time tracking will automatically pause if a delivery person moves outside their designated area. Upon delivery, will it be the standard price or will the price be determined by me? Is it useful to use some boxes and lock what I do not need? I mean, I only need delivery, I do not need to display some restaurants and stores. Is it useful to have the application ready to work?

Sir, The delivery charge is calculated by the distance between the Store and Customer location. If you want to use the system only for delivery then after installing the system you can only create the ‘Parcel’ module. After installing it on your server the system is ready to go. Thank you.

- Delivery man can withdraw his digital balance (like the store app). - When you reset the password, it sends an automatic SMS, this should be optional if Twilio or similar has not been integrated. - A tutorial on how to sign and publish all apps will be helpful. - The MercadoPago payment gateway only accepts cards, it should accept all compatible payment methods (cash, transfer, balance, credit and cards.) - For UI/UX issues, in the payment gateway APIs, each one could be inside an accordion and displayed when it is being configured, so we could only see the ones that we have active.
