After days of attempting to resolve several important issues I have with this plugin I’m going to have to give up due to time constraints. I’m experienced with WordPress, have read your instruction docs and worked hard to resolve the problems. I would now like to request a refund.

Can you please tell me which php file I need to change to rename the search box titles. For example, I want ‘Select category’ changed to ‘Sort by Specialties’. I’m using [listing_layout_style_4].

I’ve been using the plugin for a while now and haven’t had any issues so far. But today I found that when I create a new company from the front-end, the “categories” list only shows the first category listed, and I can’t select another. If I go to the back-end categories section, I see that all the categories I’ve created are there. How do I get all the categories to appear in the list again if I create the company from the front-end?

Dear Support, When the Directories page is displayed, the Locations menu at the top left side in the filter box does not show any Locations. https://unmaskingbraininjury.org/masks/ You have to click on it once to collapse it and then click to expand it again, and only then it shows the Locations. Hi there, I hope all is well. The prices of the packages I have set up as recurring membership packages includes VAT. I need to be able to show this as a separate line item on the invoices.

Please can you advise where I can set up tax/vat options in the costs of the directory packages? I am using Woocommerce as payment gateway and tried to set it up there, but yet it does not show on the order completed email which makes me believe it has to be done on your plugin. The pricing tables also does not show an option to show incl. VAT, please can you advise?

Hello, I cannot customize Listing Fields. I added new listing fields in Settings» Listing Custom Fields. I could add new fields, but they are unavailable in the Single Listing Fields. The help files document an older version of the plugin I guess, which permits all that (custom fields appear in the Details section of the single listing). Can you help, please? I am using The Gem theme.
