Why cant we add… two of the same… Child Categories..?? Say i have two Categories… FISH .. and CHIPS…. and in fish i add 2025 as a Child Category…. why cant I add 2025 as a Child Category to CHIPS…...
AS it would make sense to be able to do this.. to sort my documents…

I setup 2 users.. I add 2 documents. But i only “Share” 1 document with 1 of the users. When i login as the “second” user that i did not allocated the document to. It still shows the document … even if the document was only allocated to user 1 with the share…

i have edited the user permissions to ONLY see the Assigned Documents… But it still shows ALL DOCUMENTS in the menu 
Logout from the website and login again.
Make sure, permission is also not assigned to the role as well.
Ok.. i see where the problem comes in.. if the user is still logged into their session… it will retain the set permissions regardless if i change them as a Super Admin. ONLY when the user log out of the session.. and re-log in.. then those “permissions” reset…
Should these not “check” permissions on page refresh or new page load?
This will cause an issue for me down the line if the users are logged in and I want to revoke “permissions” from certain pages actions….. because i cant force the user to logout of the system to reload the new permissions i just set… so it would be welcomed to “check” the permissions with a refresh or page load?
thanks logging out and loggin in .. sorts out the issue.. but as said causes a bit of a worry as i might want to revoke permissions on the fly for all “roles”....
What would also be nice.. as a add-on… its to have a “remeber me” tick box on login please… 
even.. a “scheduler” will do the trick to check the “permissions” every 30 seconds…...
Please can you also … on the next update… check the “permissions”... and not just on login please… once the user is logged in to check it periodically… so that if a SUPER ADMIN changes the permissions.. that it updates on the fly .. for the logged in user please.

Cool… but a would rather stick to the php version just because of “easy” configuration as i dont have a windows server. I did read you can use Linux but… not worth all the trouble.. so ill wait for this one….

There is no open source library which support annotations in document viewer but there is paid library available to support different annotations.
For which features, are you want integrate AI?
If you don’t add SMTP details to the setup. Does it then just use the “default” send mail of PHP or wont it work at all without SMTP details?

maybe a tick use “default mailserver” .. just as a suggestion but for now i will go and create a mailbox on the sever to handle these.
really cool…. just a heads up … on the https://documents.mlglobtech.com/reminders page. The Frequency Dropdown acts more like tagify.. so one cant select from the dropdown itself.. one has to type the option… im sure its just supposed to work as a drop down?

Every time a Share a Link of a document it also enables de other side to download even with out me authorizing, How do I bypass that?
You can disable the download option while creating the sharable link. In Office document we used the Microsoft office viewer and we will disable the download option in near future release.
Your app needs to allow multiple file uploads. Currently it only allows 1 file upload, which is quite inconvenient. Hopefully the next update will include pdf print. Thanks.
I have uploaded a Mp4 video. Even without download permission to both user and role, when the video is played, the player has a 3point menu at the bottom right corner, if I click there is a option ‘download’ , when clicked it download the file. How do I protect this.

Thank you for contacting us. It should work offline as well, except that you will not be able to view Office extension files in offline mode. We use the Microsoft Online Office Viewer to view Office files such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

We already have a feature to send documents via email. We will consider integration with other software via API in the future based on customer demand.
The option is not to send, it is to receive an email with an attachment and it is stored, What will we see in future versions?
