Hello, I purchased a license for my old site a few years ago, and I deleted the plugin from the old site. Now I have a new site and want to transfer the license to the new site. The plugin has message when I try to install it on the new site, that I must first remove the license from the old site, but the plugin has been deleted and I can’t remove the license from the old site. I sent a ticket regarding this issue to your support, but I have not received a reply after two requests. We need to launch soon and not being able to install the plugin is holding us up. I would very much appreciate if you could please update this issue soon. Thank you.

I fill in: Customer Name Customer Email Purchase Code Domain Name: Site B 10. Error message: This purchase code is already activated at Site A . Please deactivate license from your currently activated domain by clicking Remove License button. (I have already deleted plugin) If you still have any difficulties in activation / deactivation of license, than please Click here to submit RESET request. 11. Click Here: Submitted Reset License request. 12. No Reply 13. Sent second Reset License request. 14. No Reply 15. Placed message in Comments on Themeforrest. 16. Comments requested “Can you please provide a ticket number so I can pass it to the support staff so they can check and assist you ASAP.”

We never received a ticket number for our requests. What should be the next steps? Thank You.

I have purcased the main plugin and the courses plugin, but I am having issues with the course being available. Please clarify these questions as I see things in ARMEMBER are going forward into annual subscription modes.

1. I bought the ARMEMBER Paid plugin 2 years back from here. It was then available for one-time payment (i.e. no yearly subscription). Will it remain so or will I be forced to take an annual subscription to receive updates?

2. I have a few add-ons which were, again, available as a one-time payment option. All of them are marked to expire by 2026 in my account. Will it remain active for me or will I be forced to take an annual subscription to receive updates?

3. I checked my inbox and other places, but the switch to the annual subscription model was not informed anywhere. If you have sent a notification about it, please share where, and if not why were the members not notified about it.

I expect ARMEMBER to honour the earlier deals.

I have been trying to get answers to this by asking in group comments, but no success.

Since I use this for commercial purposes, I need to evaluate my cost and choose to stick or switch.

Pre-Sales Questions:

1) Can I view Total Users, Total Number of Transactions, Total Amount of Transactions, etc.  Can I filter this data by year?

2) Can each user register using an identification card (mandatory)?

3) Can each registered user have an ID number?

Yes, ARMember does provide a facility to create multiple custom fields as per your requirements through which you can allow the members to submit the ID card at the form and then register. 3. Yes, you can use either a WordPress User ID or create custom ID using developer API. 4. When paying manually the member needs to pay the previous year’s fee and then for the current year.

I am aware that our support expired a long time ago but this is really a pre-sales question as we are considering purchasing further licenses for other websites and two issues are concerning: 1) there does not seem to be an easy way to disable autocomplete on username fields in forms and 2) usernames appear in links for resetting passwords and in URLS, which should not be necessary and is problematic. I just wanted to know if this can easily be remedied as it would otherwise be a hindrance.

Thank you for your reply. 1) Please consider changing this as it is a data protection concern on publicly accessible devices to not be able to deactivate autocomplete on username fields. Autocomplete is on by default unless you specifiy off in the input. I have found the location in the code to do this, but not as a permanent solution. 2) The reset password function is implemented by ARMember and the links are not the format that Wordpress uses but include the ending &login=[username]. This is also a data protection concern. Wordpress and other user plugins use tokens for this whereas ARMember uses a key and the username. The username could be encoded into the key, for example.

Correction to 2: Sorry, the standard Wordpress login does in fact do this as well, but maybe you would consider implementing a token system that does not require the username to make it more secure?

I understand your request but if you are not willing to autofill the username and the password then it is better to not store them at your browser, as if you save these at your browser then the browser indicates it and not the ARMember, so it completely depends on the browser, and there is no role of ARMember into this. 2. Yes, as you have checked that WordPress also implements the same and therefore as per the WordPress standards ARMember also does the same. The support is ridiculous! You have to pay them to fix a bug in the plugin itself!

Your support period is expired. so, you do not entitle to get support, you probably know when you bought license that you get 6 months of technical support. If the bug is generic then it will be fixed in upcoming version. please share the issue you are having.

I created a ticket while my support was still active, reporting the bug that was occurring. You accessed my database, checked my WordPress, and said everything was fine, yet the issue persists! When a customer registers through ARMembers, the user creation process intermittently malfunctions, overwriting the user with ID 1. I had already reported this in the previous ticket!

But if you are referring to using a monthly subscription and applying for the first six payment cycles then, unfortunately, it will not be possible to achieve.

3. If you are referring to redirection after purchase then, yes you can set custom URL redirection using ARMember plugin.

4. If you are referring that ARMember is on main domain website and upgrading from the subdomain website then automatically updated to main domain website. If so then, unfortunately, it will not be possible to achieve.

I’ve reviewed the error message and this is likely to appear when you do not install the ARMember Lite initially, the ARMember Pro is the extended version of ARMember Lite therefore ARMember Lite is a required plugin to activate the ARMember Pro. Please follow these steps:

1. Install ARMember Lite directly from the WordPress.org repository. 2. Activate the ARMember Lite plugin. 3. Then, you can install ARMember Pro while keeping ARMember Lite activated.

Once this is done, you should be able to activate ARMember Pro without any issues.
