When I tried to activate my account I got a message, Your Ultimate Membership Pro plugin license is not activated and registered.
A License code can only be used for ONE Ultimate Membership Pro for WordPress installation on ONE WordPress site at a time. If you previosly activated your purchase code on another website, then you have to get a new Licence.
Need guidance.. I dont remember in which website I have installed and the website is active or not. need to re register for a new website

We are interested in your Basic Membership Plan. We are searching for a tool to sell subscriptions of different types, monthly, bimonthly, etc… and allow users to register, pay for the subscription by credit card and paypal and after access certain pages that otherwise must be inaccessible or otherwise visible maybe only in preview (not essential).
Can we show to visitors (not subscribed ones) in a public page a list of videos as examples and then block their ability to open and view them (possible option for only subscribed members)?
Can we have the subscription page in Italian or is it in English only?
Once subscribed we need an automated system for sending them emails and invoices. And whether all of this is included in the basic 69 $ version.

Does your plugin offer the option of having users VERIFY their email address before being able to view protected content? I want to ensure email addresses are real and have users click a link to verify and take them back to the content they wanted to view.
Bonus points if there’s an option for an admin to approve it first.
I don’t necessarily want people to have membership on the site, just protected content and verify email to view.
Also, does your content locker work with custom post types?

A verification process is done during the Registration process, and if the email is not verified, the customer will not be able to access his account. You may choose to protect content based on the user’s account status, to show up only for logged users.

Yes, of course, access cannot be provided to a visitor but to a registered user.
Yes, you can restrict mostly anything is running into your WordPress, including custom post types.

That payment service is not integrated into system but Ultimate Membership Pro allows you to sell memberships even via WooCommerce and using its payment services.

With Ultimate Membership Pro you have the power to approve the new registrations and set a specific WP role. As well the Email Confirmation request option.

- I will create 3 subscriptions levels: A, B and C. – For all the subscriptions levels all products will be available.
The thing is that I need to hide some options (variable products) for the users depending on their subscription level.
For example:
- Level A users can purchase only 1K resolution. – Level B users can purchase 1K and 2K resolutions. – Level C users can purchase 1K, 2K and 4K resolutions.
I want that these product variations only be shown to their corresponding level once a user is subscripted. I mean Level A user cannot view that there is a 4K resolution, because it is not part of their subscription plan.
One last thing, is it possible to show different prices for the different subscription levels?

You may hide the entire products or you may have different prices based on memberships but you cannot hide only some variations of the product, unortunately.

The license can be revoked only from the WordPress dashboard where it has been activated. If the site does not exist anymore or is down, we can handle this from our side. In this moment, you should be able to use your license on a new site.

When a user tries to submit the registration form it shows the error “429 too many requests” and the form does not submit. It happens on EasyWP only.

I’ve been using your plugin since 2018, and I think it’s fantastic. However, do you have any plans to update the design of various elements within the plugin? Features like the checkout page, registration form, subscription plan, member portal, etc. feel quite outdated.

Yes, you can charge users via Cards once many of the payment processors have this option implemeented. The G Pay or Apple Pay may not be available.
