I have integrated the HTML player from ZoomSounds into a website. I have inserted 16 MP3s (16x player) on the page. The player works very well and looks very good.

Unfortunately, the waveform is only displayed after a certain amount of time. And every time I open the page, it looks as if the waveform is being recreated each time. In addition, not all 16 waveforms load. It seems as if the waveforms appear randomly one after the other.

I have already tried the option “pcm_data_external”: “https://mywebsite.de/assets/json/song1.json” and also “skinwave_wave_mode”: “canvas”. Unfortunately, both options do not produce the desired result. Can you help me here?

I would be very grateful if you could show me an option that improves the loading of the waveforms.

Hi, I purchased your zoomsounds html5 audio player with waveform and playlist some time ago : May 2020 The purchase code was : aa4722c0-38d0-4f05-a9ab-40de7d48760 and I have just renewed support for it, for 6 months, from today.

I already have it installed .. and I really like it:-) Good work!

I’ve noticed a couple of things however, when trying to use the file : index-sticktobottom-grid.html

1: When I click on the second image on the page in the grid to play the second audio file, the price at the bottom changes ok ....but the text for artist and also the track name stays the same.

2: The waveform also does not change.. unless I refresh the page and click the image again. How can I get it to show/render the correct waveform for each audio track?

3: The shopping cart / price link on the player at the bottom isn’t linked to any other page at the moment.. and I am wondering how to add a link? e.g. a different page relating to each different audio track

It is not possible to correctly embed the player in the Drupal template. Please help me with some example of embedding a player in a CMS template. If you place the folders in the root of the site and open the HTML code examples, then everything works. But if I insert the same code elements into the template, then nothing happens.
