Are you referring to the demo or your own project? The demo had some server-side issues, which we have now resolved. Please check again. If the issue persists, try re-downloading the latest source file from CodeCanyon, as we have updated it.
The problem is with mine. I updated to the latest version a few minutes ago but I get a 404 error, redirected from the login page -> “Register now” when creating the store profile. mydomain.com/shops/create. But if I click on the header or footer mydomain/shop/registration/verification it will take me to that URL but it shows a 500 error.
Tell me what I should do to solve it, I already deleted the cache and everything necessary, but the problem persists.
Ok, now the URL sends me to the email verification form. The one that definitely sends to the previous URL is the login -> Register now -> /shops/create, so that they take it into account in the next update.

amazing website + mobile app just one thing missing that is Pakistani payment gateway for Pakistani users. You should add atleast one payment method like Jazzcash, Easypaisa, Nayapay, Sadapay, Bankalfalah or Meezan bank for Pakistani users. Search Yoori on codecanyon they will add Jazzcash payment gateway for Pakistani users. You should add too to explan your sales in Pakistan as well.

I have purchased almost all add-on from activeITzone, and thoroughly tested 4 add on i.e 1. Affiliate 2. Club Points 3. Auction 4. Coupons
I have found 2 to 3 errors/wrong calculations in each above mentioned add-ons. I gave my login credential to activeITzone team through ticket id 1000 since two weeks but no reply from them. i am stuck because they are not replying me and all my working stopped due to their non serious attitude. if any body found errors / mistakes and informed to activeITzone without any cost even wasting own time, they should appreciate efforts, but they are afraid why we are highlighting their errors.
in comment section one of their rep is replying very efficiently and dictate us but not to their own staff/developers team about their negligence.
even main dashboard in admin panel calculations/stats are wrong.
so please be serious and efficient, because no one have extra time for these practices.
