Hello, how are you? I wanted to know if you are aware of the bug that every time you open an email that is customized, for example with an Ariel font, the entire system stays with that same font while the email is open.

This was the best plugin for Rise I’ve ever seen, but now it throws errors when sending emails if you set up an SMTP account. It’s a shame! Once this is fixed, I’ll call it the number one plugin again!

Hello, Maybe you are thinking in the near future to release this module for Perfex as well because your module has more advantages than what is currently available for Perfex like: - Can be managed many emails account from the same account of CRM; - Cand be shared to the staff one or more emails account in order to manage them from their account. - easy to set up email accounts. When an email arrives and has several destinations and you are one of those destinations, there is some way to select an option to respond to the email to everyone, because currently it only responds to the main one that sent, but the others that are on the list are not included.

How to select a mailbox first to compose? I can’t compose new email

I have had this issue for a while but just havent mentioned it. When I get a new email and open it thebody of the message doesnt show. I just see the reply box
