Supported through an issue until it was resolved. The plugin author defiantly puts customer service in mind. The only recommendation I have is implementing an auto-reload solution for the mail plugin so mail appears when someone is expecting it.
It was not working, i requested many times and send many emails to support team but no actual help. its not working with rise for zoho email, and not worked with gmail.
I was waiting team will help to solve and fruitful investment,
So overall waste my money, It may works for others but not for me. I will reconsider my rating if its work and team will help me to fix for my rise crm.

Hi, we do reply in support between one working day and we can ensure that authentication of Zoho and Gmail is working. There was a misconfiguration in your server what we've fixed and now it's working. So, can you please update the review? Thanks.

My main reason for this rating is everything! It just works and beautifully at that I might add. By far the easiest setup and no documentation needed its that simple. Love it!

I just purchased this plugin. Trying to connect my email account was not easy but I contacted the developer and they were in touch with me anytime throught the day. Turns out it was my host that had the issue but the developer kept in touch to makes sure it worked in the end. Honestly top notch support and the plugin is also awesome. Thank you so much.
