I currently have Version 7.1 of Mapplic and am trying to upgrade to Version 8.7.6.

After updating, I noticed that: • The shortcodes have changed. • The settings interface seems different. • My maps do not display correctly under the new system.

Could you please guide me on: 1. The proper upgrade process from 7.1 to 8.7.6. 2. How to adjust or migrate shortcodes and settings so my maps display correctly.

I want to make sure I’m not missing any steps in the upgrade process.

is is possible to show the AM and PM on the front end? eg – I set my time from 10am to 12:am and it is showing up as “10:00-00:00” . The 00:00 does not work for me

maps are worthless if you can’t easily color/customize them. be nice if visitors can add data to said map.

Doesn’t work as demo’d on the video. Popups aren’t capable for a tile location. They can be placed as a specific single location popup but not linked to an area. Spent 4 hours trying to get this to work. Documentation is very poor with this product. Ended up using ChatGPT to generate jQuery which worked unreal with SVG code parameters.

Hi there, I have the 7.1 version installed under my WP site. Can I update the version to the latest 8.4? How to do it? Is there a manual to follow – as I see the file names, structure and folder names all changed… So if I just delete all the files from the 7.1 version and replace it with 8.4, I am sure nothing will work… Does anyone have a suggestion? Pre order question, do you have the map of Africa ?

It would be great if I could dray custom SVG shapes over JPG or PNG image as with the (image map pro) plugin. Or at least having jpg or png as background image with custom SVG file over it. It is a great plugin but not being able to draw custom shape is a dealbreaker, as I am making 3D visualizations of future plots and buildings and I want to use those instead of just vector image.
