The admin has the ability to set and create pickup points directly from the admin panel. These pickup points can be selected by customers during the ordering process in the shipping section.

Is there a way for customers to have both shipping and billing addresses in their accounts? There is a possibility to add more than one address in the system – is there a way to give titles for each added address such Home address, study address etc.?

It would be very helpful if only the admin had the option to turn product comments on/off and customize comments. Often, competitors leave negative comments on good products, which results in those products not selling. In such cases, the admin cannot do anything.
However, if the admin had the opportunity to customize comments, they could verify and resolve the issues.

Currently, the system has the possibility of selecting the type of freight charge based on the city. But what if I want a different price for each product based on the product’s weight and location? because for example, if you are delivering a shoe and a refrigerator in the same city, the delivery cost is different, there should be an option to differentiate this.

where i mentioned in your below comments that you should delete my data. i am asking about “Demo data import” which is not working. if not manageable by your team, you should remove this option from your demo. i saw 3 to 4 years back that customers are complaining about same issue. but no clear reply from your end and no clear instructions about solutions. any way your support is very good for replying not for solutions.

Did you upload your demo freshly with no previous data as the item is described?
Would you change how clients add items to cart. Their bio and personal details should come last as they checkout. I.e a client login and register should be at the end.
