I bought an extension for technical support for ARMember plugin week ago. The code that came with the purchase was an old one (same as I had before when I bought the support a year ago). This code doesn’t work on ARMember plugin tech support site. I simply can’t open a ticket because the code is old. I can’t buy a new tech support either as here it shows as I have 8 months tech support. So I’m stuck now… Any idea how to sort it out?

sorry for the trouble. but the thing is when you renew support then you do not need to change purchase code. It should work , if it does not work then there can be couple of reasons like if your code is already used in helpdesk with another email or account. Or sometimes envato apis take time to reflect.

It should work but it does NOT work. There is only one way to contact the support which is to open a ticket. And I can’t do it unless I have a relevant code. When I enter the old code it says that the support period expired and again I can’t submit the ticket. It is the same name, same account that I use with ARMember, I can see my old querries there, so all the same…

As per the details you have shared, it seems that you are using the 3rd party plugin to sell the courses, and accordingly if you are managing the access of the plan, i.e. if you have a one-day course and allow the access to that course for the ARMember plan then you can have the plan also set for 1 day only so that both of them expire simultaneously.

1. Regarding adding the fields to the form, then yes ARMember does provide a Live Form Builder tool through this you can add unlimited fields to your registration form like, textbox, text area, checkbox, radio buttons, file upload, etc.

However, if you are willing to implement that purchase all these memberships in one go then ARMember does provide an inbuilt integration with the WooCommerce and with the help of this integration you can map plans with the products and according the users can add multiple products and then on product order marked completed then the plan will be assigned to the member.

Regarding “Does ARMember automatically handle page visibility” then ARMember does provide simple “Content Access Rules” where in you can set the pages/posts visibility as per the member’s membership plan. Hey, I’m unable to open support ticket since my support license is expired. Just wish to let you know that this happened after the update in July, that profile and cover image cannot be changed. Image is getting uploaded in server, but its not getting displayed. Regarding the image is getting updated but not changing in the display, the technical team has checked accordingly at the local server but the issue not found. But this type of issue may happen if the image showing from the caching. Kindly once check by temporarily disabling the caching system you may use and after that, the new image should display properly. Also, please make sure you are using the latest version of ARMember plugin 6.9.4.
If the issue still persists then, it may conflict the other plugin so, kindly check by temporarily disabling other plugins one by one and you may find an issue.
Regarding rollback, if you don’t have taken backup before updating then, unfortunately, it will not be possible to rollback with the old version.

I just bought ARMember and installed the plugin, but when I attempt to activate it I get this error: “Error: ARMember – Complete Membership Plugin requires 1 plugin to be installed and activated: ARMember – Membership Plugin, Content Restriction, Member Levels, User Profile & User signup. Furthermore, regarding “you don’t accept unless I purchased a new license”, you do not need to purchase another license to open a support ticket as the ARMember License is for Lifetime, with only one time payment, but yes if your support period is expired then you can renew your support from the codecanyon website. As I understood from your request, you want to create a multiple amount per product from one product. If so then, ARMember does provide a WooCommerce payment gateway method and you will be able to create a membership plan with different subscription cycles and amount according to your requirements after that, you don’t need to map it with the WooCommerce product and it will be handled by ARMember to proceed with checkout by submitting ARMember form.
So you can achieve this accordingly.

I bought a ARMember – Complete Membership Plugin but I’m having trouble activating it. It looks like it’s not fully installed because it won’t let me activate it. It tells me “This plugin cannot be activated because the required plugins are missing or inactive.” And it says it requires “ARMember – Membership Plugin, Content Restriction, Member Levels, User Profile & User signup”. I tried to contact customer support via chat but they are unavailable. Logging in on the official website is a lottery. I log in once, and then I can’t anymore, and so on. I can’t usually report a problem and get a solution. A few months ago I sent an inquiry regarding the purchase of the plugin and no one has responded to me to this day. Now I’ve bought it and I’m very disappointed, especially with the customer support. Very, very bad and unprofessional!
