Hello, I am interested in purchasing this chatbot as a live support option for users when they have a question on our website, to send a form to inquire about services or to link to information on or off the site. I have Open AI/ ChatGPT and so I can use an api BUT I don’t know how to load specific prompts into Open AI to train the chat assistant. So my question is can I insert a library or something of prompts so that the chat assistant knows what to say? For example, I don’t want to the chat to recommend another company or service, only ours. I want it to know what to do and what not to do, so can we use this plugin to add trainings and prompts or must that be done on the openAI side?

You can use GPT Assistant and upload your website data (the data generation feature is available in the plugin) along with additional documents and the OpenAI Assistant will use that data to answer questions. Thanks – that knowledge base was helpful! Does this plugin have a knowledge base? Or if I install another knowledgebase plugin, your plugin can pull information from it? And looking at your website, does the Master License (yearly or lifetime) include all additional plugins? Is it the ultimate solution where I don’t need to buy anything else, except my separate OpenAI account and credits? (I see in other comments, where certain things require a certain plugin. I want to have all that I need access to. Chat history, database/form on backend where data in forms are stored etc). One other question, with the contact form, can an auto-reply be sent to a user when a user completes the form?
The Master licenses include all the modules. Now there are no addons. All are included in the main plugin as modules.
There is no other cost except for the OpenAI API usage. If you use GPT 4o mini model, the API cost will be extremely cheap.
You can use any knowledgebase plugin that uses custom post types.
Auto reply is currently not possible. But an intriguing feature idea. Open a support ticket after the purchase. We will try to add such a feature.

1. It will not auto detect the user’s browser language. I don’t think that is technically possible. But if you use GPT Assistant, the Chatbot can answer in the language the user asks a question
2. Unfortunately, no. This is a native WordPress plugin. You need to log in to the WordPress to manage.

WPBot is a WordPress plugin so it cannot work directly on a Laravel website. However, it has an embedding feature. Once you install the plugin on a WordPress site, you can embed the chatbot on your Laravel site. The WordPress site will act as your control panel. You can just have a default WordPress installed in a sub folder with the ChatBot plugin installed.

Sorry, no. That is not possible. This chatbot cannot connect to arbitrary APIs. OpenAI and DialogFlow are supported.

For example, my clients currently use Tawk.to and they can log in and see all the conversation that happened with a particular client.
