Estimates issue the same as everyone, that seems to be a capitalisation issue so should be easy to fix. but no one has mentioned this so I’ll mention our Timesheets report (/admin/staff/timesheets?view=all) is also giving an error.

I know our support is finished, I’ll renew this soon. I’m a big fan of the updates but you guys really should have done more testing before releasing this. (I also should have done the upgrade on a staging environment) so I’ll take some blame too.

Cant enable the Stripe Ideal V2, i got HTTP ERROR 500. The second error is like many others – An Error Was Encountered Unable to load the requested file: admin/settings/includes/Estimates.php. After the update, the system began to work slowly. As I noticed, after the update, many people had problems. This means that the developer should check more thoroughly before launching the update for users, since many of the problems that users encountered are widespread, and the problems are mostly not related to a conflict with other modules.

Did something change with Google oAuth 2.0 in the last update? Email is no longer working. When checking to open a ticket, it’s stating support needs renewed.
I checked the comments but couldn’t find reference to fixing the issue and find it crazy to pay $56 to renew support just to ask the question. . . .also, I’ve tried reinstalling but nothing works to get the email working.

To anyone complaining about the dark theme missing, you can adjust any colors in the new menu “theme style”. It might take long, but there it is 
Please, give us the Tailwind theme or a dark mode, this is to bright…

the latest update has caused this error under the menu “quotations”: An Error Was Encountered, Unable to load the requested file: admin/settings/includes/Estimates.php (just like user Arcezio below). There could be more errors in other menus. Please advice. Thank you
Besides, on that “quotation” menu, the CSS layout pushes the header off the viewport, with a slight margin. I hope you can fix it asap.
User bdvtheone below has suggested to rename “estimates.php” to “Estimates.php”. Can you people at Perfex confirm it’s a correct solution?

Pre Sales Questions:
1. I tried the client area and there is a Files feature. What does it do? I check on admin area it seems there is no menu to disable it. Let say I use perfex and I don’t want my client to upload any Files beside they are doing it for ticket support. So is there any way to disable that Files feature on client area dashboard?
2. I also read the docs help it seems there is no easy way to upload background image for each admin and client area login page. A simple feature but user need to do it by code?
3. On Invoice, I didn’t see any way to insert manual payment link on invoice. Or somehow place it as button on online invoice too. There are some payment gateway that can generate unique manual payment link and I want to use it insert manually on every invoice. Do you planning to add this simple feature?

Hello, Can I assign a manager to oversee specific vendors in a way that the manager can see their own leads and the leads of the vendors under their supervision, but not see leads assigned to other managers or their vendors? The manager should not have admin-level access to view all leads.

We’re also encountering a critical issue in Perfex CRM regarding the attachment functionality under the “Files” tab for custom types. Specifically, when files are added to any module aside from the predefined types (invoice, proposal, estimate, credit_note, contract, lead, task, ticket, customer, expense), the URLs display correctly for images but incorrectly for PDF files. PDFs are mistakenly showing URLs like “download/files/expense/ ” due to a lack of hooks for setting custom URLs for types beyond the defaults.
This is significantly impacting our workflow, as a key component of our project depends on correctly displaying files. We’d appreciate it if a hook could be added to allow custom URL handling for these file types. This would help ensure our development efforts stay on track toward our goals within Perfex CRM.
