I sell services. I don’t have quantities. This module forces you to insert quantities. I ticked No Qty (Digital Product) but the module does not recognise unlimited products but forces you to insert quantities. On the front end, if i inserted 0 quantities, i get an error message that Only 0 Items are in stock for this Product.

Why is uploading an image enforced? I offer services. I don’t need to upload an image. Can this enforced upload be removed?

Because images are supposed to be listing in the products’ page of the customers portal.

If you dont want to enable this page, you can still hide it from the settings and upload a blank image during product creation.

also is have any kind of option to generate iframe or widget for the product and service and put on any blogging site to sale and rout client from there?

Perfex supports subscriptions (Stripe) for automatic payment processing. This module does not seem to support it, it is only for invoices. Is there a planned implementation to support Stripe subscriptions?

Also, it would be very helpful for products/subscriptions to have their own product page, so that products can be linked to directly and not have to be purchased from the store page.

We do support Invoicing through the Invoicing controller (single invoices and recurring ones).

While this is not in our current plans, it may get added soon.

The invoicing, I do not believe is enough. It would need to support the creation of subscription products and connect to the Stripe account.

I don’t think the recurring invoices of Perfex automatically charge the person’s card each month, they still have to pay the invoice manually.

However, if we could create subscription products that connect to the Stripe account, the billing would be automatic.

We will evaluate your suggestion and thanks for it – but this is not a highly requested feature and it is based on your own and custom needs. Built in Invoicing controller’s options are fine for 99% of the audience.

PS: You can still create subscriptions directly through PayPal or use our Stripe SEPA direct debit payment module.

Pre purchase question i have a service platform where clients can choose between subscription or one time service, i could not find a module that is tailored for this, i was wondering if this module could do this and if we can remove some unneeded fields? thank you

can i make custom repeater field for product option

You can apply customizations at our product, yes.

We are still facing an error in the latest version of perfex and perfexshop it is not possible to create or use discount coupons, it seems to have been disabled in the module even in a clean installation it does not work

Hello.

You need remove the files from the current installation, in order to avoid license lock during activation under a new instance/domain.

Once you do so from the old URL, please use the Licensing Flush tool ( its link can be found on the bottom left of New Ticket Creation link: https://themesic.com/support/ticket/new ), in order to have your license resetted through Envato Licensing API.

You will be able to activate the license at the new instance now, but please ensure that it is not active in any other instances, as that will trigger a new license lock.


When an existing client visits cart (not logged in) and does shopping then will he get to login to his account with his existing credentials and complete the buying process with his his existing credentials?

I would like to rephrase my question as below –

A client visits our Shop / Portal. Selects products and services and then he adds to cart for completing the purchase process. For this they have to login…correct?

Is he prompted with a new client registration option or an existing client login?

He can add things to cart – but he will need to login or register in order to complete the purchase, as Perfex CRM requires a Customer dataset to generate Invoices.

If I want to sell digital products, would it be possible to have a file sent after validation of the order (per product)

Do you have the option to enable purchasing without having an account?

Is it possible to have a dedicated product page?

Please make it compatible with the latest version of perfex crm. Update the perfex crm version in your demo.

Last version is already out and pending CodeCanyon approval. Of course, it supports latest version of Perfex CRM.

Hello dear friends, after updating Perfex 3.2.0 the module is breaking the system returning error 500 on the server. I didn’t have time to debug the problem, but I already saw that another user is facing the same problem, I downloaded the latest version and did a clean installation of the module but I still have the error.

I installed the latest version, but I would like to know what happened to the coupons, after installing and activating it, it is not shown in the menu, and in the module files they are disabled?

My support has expired, and I just want to understand if it was intentionally disabled in the code due to some incompatibility with the latest version.

Thats unfortunately not something included in the scope of this ecommerce module.

Lets say, client placed an order for logo design, There should be option to convert this order into the project, so that It can be managed???

Yeap, but thats more applicable to a services shop, which comes against quantities, physical products etc.

While our module offers support for digital products, it focuses on physical ones and their inventory.

im interested in the but it SERIOUSLY lacks the front end kiosk portal mode for clients to pick and print receipt tickets .. any plans for this in the NEAR future? if so im definitely getting this

We do offer a frontend endpoint (cart).

What you ask for sounds more like a complete POS system, which is outside of this module’s scope at this time (since we have integrated a basic POS in the backend)

EXACTLY!! Please make it better. The current front end looks a bit famished.. please let me know when you update it to look more modern id love to buy.. once you have kiosk mode

We dont style things according to our designer’s aspet – the current layout inherits Perfex’s CRM frontend styling and that has to be followed by developers of modules.
