I am just trying out your demo, to see how the direct link works. (/my_cart?id[]=1 ). If i try this, it doesnt work correctly, as i get a warning popup that “cart is empty”. How is this meant to work? This feature is a must for our website to directly link to products. Eagerly awaiting a reply, as this looks like a great solution. Thanks

You can translate the terms to every language. Our module is fully translatable.
Reset of license didnt work, now we dont see any option like that. How can we now use this plugin? And of course I cant make support tickets anymore, support is gone. But I should be able to use my plugin, or not? We didnt reinstall, move installation, nothing, but now plugin is deactivated and cant be activated..
If your issue was not a license transfer, its normal that license flush will not be the solution.
If you are facing a technical issue, kindly open up a support ticket with the support portal, so our engineers can troubleshoot your installation.
As I see, your support ended three years ago – you shall renew it in order to have your issue investigated by our team.
According to this error it is related to your activation system, when we try to activate it: One of your modules failed its verification and got deactivated. Please reactivate or contact support.
That needs to be investigated.
If you dont wish to renew your support, you can create a fresh installation and verify that this is not a code-based issue, our module will work just fine.
Why did the inventory management stop working or did it not work in the first place….

Can you please explain what that means? I have installed many add-ons… Either the software installs correctly or it doesn’t. Why would it install correctly? But the stock Management not Work? I don’t think that has anything to do with install. Or is there a bug with the installation?

This module works under a custom table and not in a factory-db one. Our API is made to work with the factory state tables of Perfex CRM.

You can reset your license through the license flush tool.
Our support ticketing system works without any issues at all.

Hi and thank you for your reply, where can I find that license flush tool? My problem is that when I place the purchase code in the field when I activate the module it says license key has been used and go to the support, I login to the support with envato market account and there is no button to create a ticket
You cannot create a ticket since your support is expired.
But during the attempt of creating a support request, you have two options, one is to reset your license.

my clients within Perfex are actually vendors on my website/marketplace. Instead of Admin selling products, is there a possibility to let my clients create and sell their products (once they are logged in)?
In a way, I wish to create a shop that allows only clients-to-clients sales, that can only happen if you are logged into Perfex.

Pre-Purchase Question: We have multiple payment gateways; at present we use Stripe for payments for the subscription services we offer. Are we able to assign a different payment processor for the shop (physical products) So our subscription products will continue to work as they do, but the shop will use an alternate gateway?

Our module inherits Invoice controller behavior of Perfex CRM. Thus said, payment methods and preferences will be inherited for the eshop invoices.

Thats something which depends on your requirements.
Our module offers the ability to start a shop within Perfex CRM. Syncing data with other platforms are not inside its scope and gap fill.
Pre-sale Question: Is it possible for future updates to have attachments on digital product and make it visible to the client side when logged and a table that list all the digital products bought? Like the ones in Invoices that can be download.

Current version is not offering a bulk import/edit tool – however this may get added in a future release, based on the demand ratio.

Hello . today we have deactivated all purchased modules on our old webpage and installed perfex new on a new sub-domain. Perfex runs and from our purchased modules 3 are running only the shop modul doesn´t run and we always reveive message that the licenses is used on other side BUT BUT we have deactivated all modules and deleted them form old website???? What´s happen with shop modul? Doesn´t exits anymore?

As I already mentioned in my previous reply, you dont need an active support pack for this – just log into support area and reset your license.
