I love every bit of this plugin and I wanted to buy it today, right now as I type this message, unfortunately, only 1 thing missing :( ;-

A).. Is it possible to add DATE & TIME PICKER to all newly created tickets?

- such that when a customer opens a new ticket, he/she is able to pick a date and time before submitting the ticket.

- Also, when an agent or admin replies to the customer ticket, he/ she is able to pick date & time before submitting a ticket.

- The DATE PICKER should be able to backdate the ticket time and date for about 5 yrs+ back

- This option if selected, the selected date and time will be recorded instead of system generated time and date.

- If both the customer and agent/admin will not use date picker then the ticket submitted will automatically use system generated date & time.

- The recorded date should also be captured on (last reply on/ opened on) under support ticket list

- Should be applicable for both; user, order & pay per ticket

- Also reflect on the message thread

Yes, that’s the automatic updater embedded in the plugin. To use it, it requires a valid support license. The renewal costs a few dollars and is tax-deductible. It contributes to keeping the plugin alive, supporting my job and I would appreciate it.

In the alternative, you can manually download the updates via codecanyon as you always did.

The Envato usage license policy allows you to use the software in only one end product (website), not one end product at a time. This means that licenses cannot be migrated from one product to another.

The associated domain uniquely identifies websites once you register a domain that will become the end product for which you are licensed to use the software.

The plugin activation system, however, allows you to activate the license in two domains (the second one should be for testing purposes). In each domain, you can activate unlimited subdomains and subfolders.
If you have consumed all these options, you will need to buy another license to comply with the Envato usage policy.

When selecting an order upon creating an order ticket the data of the user and order is not shown before saving it. That does not make sense, because in case you selected the wrong order ID, the ticket is already created and emails already sent before you can see you made a mistake.

When assigning an order, please show more than just the order ID (I believe it was in an earlier version??)

ensure no other plugins are interfering and try disabling the caching system (if using any).

For further support, you need to renew your license. Once done, if you send me the login data (wp-admin and FTP accesses) I can try performing some further tests to see if it is possible to determine the cause of the issue.

I installed the plugin on a freshly installed Wordpress 6.6.2 with no plugins or template installed, but I don’t see anything in the side menu, I think the plugin is not compatible with WP 6.6.2

Yes,as you can test via the demo site, the plugin is filly compatible with the latest version of WC and WP.

hi, i have a client leave me a support ticket, however when i click the edit option on the ticket to read it, it loads up the page editor and shows the default home page. How can i see the actual ticket?

Regarding the pay-per-ticket, it is designed to work in that way. If you change the type, the ticket won’t be associated with any product.

To try to achieve what you need, edit the WCSTS_Order.php (classes\com folder), and on line 207, change the ‘ppt’ to ‘user’. This is an untested modification. Proceed at your own risk, the plugin might not work as expected.

No, the user is not changed. That code just changes the ticket type.

I need to buy this plugin but before completing the order I need to know if the plugin is able to export all ticketing in excel file, because my client needs to archive all ticketing in his pc.

Another question: does this plugin require another plugin to properly work?

I’m sorry, but the plugin hasn’t any export feature. Note, however, that the tickets are stored as custom post type, wcst_ticket. So you can export the data with any exporter

I have a Regular License of your plugin. The problem is that I can’t update the plugin from the installed plugins page neither the Envato plugin itself. It is supposed that the license gives access to updates, or am I wrong?

I think that static string can be also translated using that plugin.

Regarding the dynamic contents (which you can configure via the Text menu: https://nimb.ws/kq83XGp (you can look at the demo site) most likely cannot be translated via that plugin. That menu has been specifically designed to work with the WPML plugin.

The latest version of this plugin is no longer displayed in my admin menu after the last update. The shortcodes for this plugin are also no longer executed in the frontend. Please fix the error as soon as possible.

From my tests all works as expeted.

the plugin is constantly kept updated as you can see in the change log.

The warning you are reporting concerns some classes that are not even invoked in the latest plugin version. Please make sure you are running the latest 17.4 plugin version. In fact, from my tests, no warning or error is raised.

I’ll analyze the proper debug tool (the debug.log generated by WordPress) to have more clues about the nature of the issue.

Hello, the plugin version is indeed 17.4 but I am about to install a fresh copy of wordpress because of some other issues that came up after the host upgrade PHP to 8.1. Thank you for your reply, if there are any new issues then I will come back

Is there an option to add a category for the ticket the person is making? Such as a Sales, Product Support, Returns category? If not, I would like to suggest it for a future version. Thank you.

Thank you for your suggestion, unfortunately for now there isn’t such an option. You can eventually associate a subject to the ticket. The subject can be a set of preselected options.

Hello, when this plug-in is enabled, it messes up Woocommerce’s product table, it makes the top category row super wide and bottom one as well. It adds the Pay per ticker column to the right outside the table. Please see attached screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/0fDSW27.png

Please, try to perform a clean instalaltion. Deactivate and delete the plugin and then reinstall the one you just downloaded from Codecanyon.

Ensure also you are using a fully HTML5 compliant browser.

I’m sorry, but in general, you can’t activate the software on two product sites. The Envato user license allows you to use the software in only one end product (identified by the domain). Once you license for that domain, you cannot migrate to another one. The second activation can eventually be used for testing purposes, but that doesn’t seem the case.

We’ve purchased this plugin and wanted to ask about how we make a few changes:

- When customer attaches a file to their message, is there a way we can change it so the image doesn’t download when you click the link, but instead opens in a new tab so we can just view the attachment?

- Is there a way to see the support ticket conversation and attachments in the order details screen in the backend for admins? You showed us recently how to add a new support ticket as ad admin from the backend order details page. It is this page that we would like to show the ticket conversation and attachments, plus the option to reply.

  1. This usually depends on the server. For some file types, it doesn’t allow the browser to open. Try however to edit the classes\com\WCST_Helper.php file and remove on lines 303 and 329 the “download” text you find inside the tag
