Hello, good day! Do you have the possibility of managing the view of the form differently? That is, could you show a single question at a time as it is currently, or allow you to show several questions per view, in the style of Google Forms?

Any plan to add more than one question in one page? Because our form have more than 40 questions it will be difficult for our customers to fill it out. And if no plan can you do customization services?

is there any limitation on file type with the uploads? .docx in partificlar uploads. seems to upload fine, but downloads won’t open. seems like something is changed in file at same time as file renamed. .docx works on regular leads form as well as attachments without module.

im not the only person on here requesting that you add the option to REMOVE the next next next button regardless of how you initially designed it .. this is VERY annoying to say the least. like super inconvenient and its deeply affecting our ability to convert because nobody likes this tedious process.. its 2024 people prefer straight to the point one page forms with out the suspense.
2. when will the next update release because not having the option to click clone form is very inconvenient
3. you should really consider allowing the logic to be assigned to actual perfex crm staff once the form is submitted.
4. you have a date block, but why do you have a date and time block redundantly using the date block. id like to select a time with out worrying about the date .. even better a tim in time out with a summary of hours clocked in for the job or task would be very helpful.
5. please check the support ticket and tell me where in the code to edit the flexbuilder slug. when i change the folder name it breaks the module. please show me where the folder name is referenced so i can make it say x

im not asking you for a customization. im asking you to improve your modules performance because not having a one page form is a big problem that even other users unrelated to me are facing.. it will get you more sales and happier clients…
in terms of the flexbuilder slug i was simply asking for the location which is breaking the plugin when the foldername is changed to x. i can do that on my own
- allowing the form to be assigned to a staff member makes perfect sense .. i dont know why you wouldnt..
and above all .. why are you using the fate redundently in the date and time field when there is already a date .. why not time in time out ?? that makes even more sense

i see a new update im excited. Presales on an additional license have you finally enabled the form to be assigned to one of the perfex users/employees instead of assigning a ticket at the end .. SO THAT THE USER CAN CHOOSE WHO WILL SERVICE THEM FROM THE FORM. thats very important i believe we have discussed this for a year youve promised..
Hello I have requested an improvement to this module before and I will do it again, I bought it and we don’t use it it is not useable in current state.
We need improvement to the module. Make the questions blocks so they can be combined and displayed few in one page.
So for example we have question block 1. (Page 1) and then we will be able to add “sub blocks” those questions blocks all will be displayed in page 1, then I can create new block question block 2 and also add many sub questions blocks to it or not.
This will make your module 10X times more useable.
Please consider pushing it soon and let me know if you do so I won’t do custom development on my own.

Where is the slug controlled that appears in the perfex crm.com/admin/flexbuilder
Everytime i rename the folder it breaks flexbuilder
Please tell me where in the language settings the slug is located. All people have to do is search the slug /flexbuilder and see I’m using perfex crm which makes us loose users

Your support team isent being helpful at all .. I went back n fourth with a nontechnical assistant who had no clue what they were doing or talking about. Then I get on the line with the bossman who actually worked one part out but there are several inconsistencies with this app
1. No button to clone forms, 2. The next next next button with out a one page form is past annoying and y’all refuse to fix it 3. I cant apply logic to assign the contractor selected in the form to a staff member like this plugin just isent even connected to perfex crm at all. 4. There isent any sufficient documentation and I gotta wait days to get an answer about why the forms are automatically set to expired unless setting them 5. Your name fluxbuilder can’t be changed in the slug by renaming the folder it breaks everything. And admin won’t tell me where the slug is set so that I can edit it to x so our url isent so long when sharing the form

Suggestion for improvement: On each form Option to add an email address which from data and PDF file will be sent to this email address once a form is submitted successfully.

After the last update on 10 Oct.
There is an issue when the “Terms & Conditions” is active (in order to complete form).
When user fill the form, Even if they click on the “Terms & Conditions” the form is not working and breaks as it keeps warning to accept the terms and conditions which user has already succesfully click and accepted.
Actually afte the update we can not use any other language than English.
Condition logic is not working, Terms & Conditions are not working Mapping is out of date and never update..

Hello, good morning. I think this module is excellent, but I would like to make some suggestions with all due respect, without intending to be intrusive.
The current view is good, but it would be advisable to consider creating a Google Forms-style view. This way, the user filling out the form wouldn’t have to click through so many times, and questions could be grouped into blocks, making the process easier.
It would be helpful to be able to download the data in Excel (.xls) format.
I also propose the possibility of importing or synchronizing data for companies, clients, contacts, tasks, and support tickets. This would include creating client contacts and accepting data protection policies, all integrated with the Perfex database. This functionality would save a lot of time and meet an important need within the community.
With these improvements, we could create more attractive and functional forms to manage clients, support tickets, proposals, orders, among others, without the need to reprocess data or lose control of the information.
3.1. The data import should offer the option to be done manually or automatically. For example, when creating a client, the system could check if they already exist, and staff would have the option to decide how to proceed with the manual data import from the form.

The option of Downloading the submissions in excel (.xls) already exists. We recently added an option to download individual submission as PDF as well incase you want to append signature.
Also there is option to Auto sync Support tickets, Clients and Leads, data from your Flexform automatically syncs with Support tickets, Clients and Leads.

I checked the demo I didn’t see any validation related to emails and phone numbers. Since crm is a core feature of perfexcrm, then emails and phone validation should be a priority in any form builder addon.

Thanks again @flexibyte88 for the response to the follow up question. I will be waiting for the feature to roll out. Email and phone validation is key for my usecase and I believe for most of the users for now. I don’t think there is anyone willing to collect too much of fake emails – email validation reduces the chances of collecting fake emails.
Something like “quickemailverification” will be very handy.

Hi, Please consider to add few improvements this module is awesome but few stuff is missing to make it useful.
1. Currently if I want to make 30 question form it goes up to 30 pages it’s super uncomfortable, we need to add new block type which include many questions so we can gather many details at 1 page then continue to 2 page. This can be achieved be adding new block type or separating the blocks from pages so I can create page 1 and add many blocks to it then go to page 2 and add blocks to it too. So I can decide how many questions in each page.
2. Custom link URL very important so we can have the link appear great and professional.
3. The form collect valuable data and information and signature, we need to have each submitted form it’s own PDF file so I can view it like a signed contract with all the details user filled and his signature below.
Please consider or let me know if you have any date of updates in the future, willing also to pay to you to push those improvements into the module as soon as possible.

Many users ask this, I have forms with 30-50 questions it’s not serious for users to do 30 pages form…. We need it to be dynamic so we can have many block to a page or have block type with many questions as much as needed.
First option probably better because first page I want to collect all user data, name,email, etc.
Then page 2 I want user to upload passport and ID files.
Then 3 page I collect more financial data.
Then 4 statment terms and signature.
I see you add PDF file great so it can become a signed contract.
But we need that flexibility it is a flexform it should be flexible your module already doing good if you add this it will explode this is much needed solutions.
People can still create it the way you firstly intended even with those improvement it will answer much bigger audience

Will it support SAAS?
