Hello, I made the New Update 2 days ago. And when I constantly check my website, I see that my users cannot share pictures and videos. When I create a new user and try to upload a picture, a window pops up saying “Something went wrong” and nothing is uploaded. Thinking that the problem was with my computer, I tried deleting my cookies and history. I got the same error again. When I checked my server, I did not find any problems on my server. Could there be a problem with the update?

Do you have to upload the entire script for bug fixes or do you just upload the files that have been changed? I see that there was a update today, since I been modifying a lot of the default pages I don’t want to overwrite pages that the bug fix update doesn’t affect, so I made another theme, using the default theme and gave it another name so if I have to upload the entire script to fix bugs, I can fall back to my new theme and use those modified files to reference so I can add the modification I made back as needed.
Really wish with the bug fixes you only have to upload only the modified files, and not have to upload the entire script.
Hot fix means some files to replace only so don’t worry
So I downloaded the latest update with the bug fixes and nowhere in the documentation does it shows how to just download only the files that were modified for the bug fixes, it looks the same about uploading all the files, nothing about only uploading specific files that were changed for the bug fixes. is there a download of just the files that were changed. I looked at the file in update called changed_files_files and see nothing but SVGs in it, the update instructions tells you to upload all the files like in a regular update. nothing about hot fixes, looks like I’m going to have to do the update and modify the files again since I have to upload everything, there really should just be a download for just bug fixes that you can view the actual files and only upload those files and do the update, the comparison chart is fine but there seem a lot of files, are we supposed to pick them out from the download files?

So what’s the difference between the download of September 29 and Oct 2, I have both of them, I thought the download of Oct 2 fixed the bugs from the September 29 download.

For the past few days I have been intensively testing the new demo version. You can tell by the fact that that’s where most of my posts are in total. 
Especially, of course, I am testing videos and reels. I have already reported a lot of bugs and problems and improvements to you. And what I like as usual with you some you fixed right away. 
And some are scheduled to be fixed this month.
Well some improvements well in the next update unfortunately. 
But that’s not what I wanted to talk about here. I want to say that you may remember, but I used to be determined on Wowonder before buying Sngine. Mainly because of just the reels and Instagram mode. But to them I also reported a lot of bugs after a month of testing. Of which they fixed several, including with reels. But there remained very silly bugs related to the arrangement of elements, or the lack of a menu on the computer in Instagram mode (and the funniest thing is that on a cell phone this menu is).
But that’s not what I was going to talk about either
what I want to say is that now after several months of not checking Wowonder, I went in and compared the current version of Sngine and Wowonder for half an hour.
And I now have the certainty that it was very good that I bought two licenses of Sngine . And I decided to wait for your reels. Even though I sent you some suggestions about these reels, they are still much better than the reels in Wowonder. And if you still incorporate these suggestions then your reels will be TOP. And I’m talking about both the operation / functions – but also the appearance.
On the other hand, when it comes to the appearance of the whole application on the phone well, because for now I test only on the phone because it is the most important for me, the new version has gained a lot and is much nicer than the chaotic wowonder.
And although we once planned that maybe for our next platforms we will also buy wowonder, by the way I said it here in the comments, but now I see that we will stay with Sngine on our platforms. And every now and then when there are promotions
we will buy new licenses to support you. You guys are doing a really good job. And the script is both functional and good looking. This is what we need. Besides, we understand that new things may have bugs, but from these months of experience with you, we know that you take submissions very seriously and fix these bugs. Therefore, we are not afraid that we will be left with some non-functional bubble, for example. And that’s why we will continue to invest in licenses, even though we already have two.
. Well, but of course, first on a clean new nginx server + aaPanel with docker, we have to restart the platform in a new update. 
By the way, a question if you have experience in running the platform in docker?

Don’t have support anymore because I just wait for bugs to be fixed usually. So I figured I would at least you know in the new version 3.13 that the og-image and fav icon won’t stay no matter how many times you add them. The logos stay just fine after you add them though.

EUREKA. I just discovered that video players have a double-click feature on phones. Because they all seem so small and every time I wanted to stretch them to full screen, I clicked those Zoom arrows. I thought I would double-click the player and a miracle happened. The player expanded to the entire screen of my phone. Double-clicking again caused the player to shrink back to a small size. Exactly what I was missing!!!
Unfortunately, it’s a pity that the player now doesn’t have a change of playback speed as it was in the previous one. With reels there is no problem but with longer videos many people like to speed up.
And the other issue is sometimes when you watch more videos one at a time on the feed, they just freeze and there is a black screen they don’t start, or they stop and are with the Play arrow but you can’t start them. This happens intermittently. Especially after you get to the point where you click the more stories button, and go through the carousel of rolls. Of course, I’m talking about the demo version all the time because I’m only testing on it and on phones.

Can you also allow admin the option of choosing what capabilities to give or remove from a moderator…. Because right now with the current update moderators can turn themselves or any user into an admin , i know you guys didn’t notice that…. When a moderator clicks on users option, then edit user, then select administrator user role. Boom they are admin. They can create a random user account and turn it to admin… please fix this as soon as you can, thanks, you guys are the best

Please explain exactly how views and plays are counted? Hi, I find 1 bug in Reels. When we scroll up the reels, everything works fine, but when we scroll back, the playback music of the old reels does not stop and all reels playback music is mixed and heard. I hope you send patch for this.
