Hi…I noticed an accessibility issue. Trying to use”keyboard only” and i do not see any visual indicators on the slider which is required. I checked the settings and I dont see any option besides Keyboard navigation and that doesnt help. Please advise.

Tenemos instalada la versión 3.2.14 de este plugin “Master Slider Pro” en nuestro tema “Phlox Pro”, y nos ha dejado de funcionar la edición de slider; hemos visto que hay una actualización disponible la versión 3.3.0, pero cuando pulsamos para actualizar nos aparece el siguiente mensaje: “Paquete de actualización no disponible”, y no nos permite actualizar. Necesitamos actualizarlo para poder seguir editando los slider que tenemos.

There is a version mismatch here on envato (3.7) and wordpress.com page (3.10). I’m hoping the recent version can resolve control arrows misalignment without fixing the code myself. When is the next update be available on envato?

The Master Slider that is available in the WordPress repository is the free version. The Master Slider Pro is only available to get via the Envato marketplace and the latest version is 3.7.8. I purchased this slider for one purpose, autoplay self hosted background videos. However it doesn’t autoplay them, instead I get a Play button displayed that have to be pressed. When I preview slider everything works, but when it’s live on the page it doesn’t. Please let me know what I’m doing wrong. I have Autoplay Video option set to ON in Video and Link tab.

Hi, That is strange, can you please contact us on our help center and submit a ticket there this way we can check the details of your case to see why it is happening to you. Also another way is to remove the Master slider from your site and install the latest version, the latest version is available on your account

Hi. It should be fine now. If the problem persists, you can deactivate and delete the current version and reinstall the latest version. By deactivating and deleting the plugin, your sliders will not be affected.
I tried deactivation and deleting but still showing has update needed. Any other ideas? thanks.
