Hi, How do you generate invoices for the clients? I tried to email it to them but nothing was received. The client did receive an email to confirm their email and setup password, so I know the email system is working just fine.

Buon giorno volevo sapere se fosse possibile applicare uno sconto in base alla categoria delle merci diverso per ogni cliente. Anzichè applicarlo per categorie di gruppo cliente . Perchè magari ogni cliente ha scontistiche diverse dall’altro in base anche ai volumi d’affari anche se della stessa categoria di un altro.

Ciao giovanni1511! È possibile applicare sconti solo in base al gruppo cliente, ma è possibile creare uno specifico gruppo per i clienti “particolare” a cui vuoi dedicare un trattamento speciale. Is it possible to enable the selection of a customer group, but only in the new customer creation form available in the dashboard of your sales agents plugin? At the same time, without allowing customers who register on the site as standard to select groups?

Edit. In the end i found this solution in the sales rep account edit tab. Sorry for the confusion.

Is there a solution that allows Sales Agents to enter net prices instead of gross prices when they want to change the price in the basket? Because currently I have prices displayed for website guests as gross, and in the b2b group I display net prices, and when the sales agent changes the price of the customer in the basket in the B2B group, even though the suffix informs that it is a net price, after entering the price it turns out that the tax is counted down from it and finally after editing we have a gross price with a net price suffix.

Is there a solution to this situation without turning the page upside down by changing the global tax settings of woocommerce and manually editing all prices with the fear that other external integrations will fall apart?

Are only global discounts possible for a given group? Are you planning to add a feature in the future that will allow you to set % discounts for specific categories in the store, or better yet, products?

Hi PlonPharm, the percentage discount can only be applied globally, based on the group. But for a more detailed control, it is possible, for each single product, to apply a specific price based on the group:

Of course, it is possible to bulk update the prices of the products in one go with a CSV file, using the default import/export tools of WooCommerce:

In this way, through the CSV file you can calculate the final prices based on the conditions you prefer and update them massively.

hello since last update, product page display wcb2b-shipping-class, even when not logged, (no group) – in back office no way to disable that – I think need option to deactivate it, because visitor non logged can see it, in the group i’v disabled that but what about non logged ? Thanks

Hi, I’m designing a website where users need to select different variations on the product page. I noticed that your plugin supports item variations that users can select—is that correct?

I have a few additional questions. If a user needs to enter specific measurements, such as width and height, and other attributes on the product page, could they then submit a quote based on these details? If I use a plugin like Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce to add text fields for these measurements, will the data entered by the user in these text fields be included in the quote submission through your plugin? So, is your plugin compatible with Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce? If not, could you recommend an alternative plugin that allows for these types of variations and is compatible with your plugin?

In other words, I want to ensure that if a user does not select a predefined variation and instead fills out the text fields themselves (such as width and height) on the product page, this information is captured and included in the quote submission.

Additionally, is it possible to hide product prices for all user groups so that the quote submission is the only available option? We want to prevent users from being able to purchase the product directly without first submitting a quote. So, we don’t want to show prices or enter prices for items. Thank you for your assistance!

Hi emadi20144, “Invoice payment” is a payment gateway, so when the customer selects it, he already has the products in the cart and is in the checkout and can complete the order. You can consider it as an offline payment gateway (like bank transfer, or cash on delivery) where the customer will pay an invoice issued by your CRM or administrative department for example based on your commercial agreements. Please note that payment process is a default WooCommerce feature, independently from WooCommerce B2B.

ok, thanks, but the “save cart” button is unavailable in the demo. when I add products to cart, there is no “save cart” button on the cart page. could you please check the demo and confirm that “save cart” is available on your plugin’s cart page? I also checked the woo-commerce setting in the blackened; it is enabled but not visible on the cart page. thanks

Hi emadi20144, the demo is configured to show the “Save cart” button for any group, except for the GUEST group (as it includes unregistered users). The button is regularly present in the demo without any problem. Make sure you are logged in with one of the customer accounts proposed by the demo:

One more question please.

So, i have a shop with a B2B side. For resellers, I’ve created two roles: A ‘reseller’ role with the tax rules of my country. A ‘European reseller’ role with Schengen tax rules.

I see that your plugin doesn’t work with roles, but with groups.

So my question:

Will I be able to convert or import the list of my current customers and their datas from a ‘reseller’ role to a reseller group? The same goes for those with the European resellers role. Will I be able to import them easily into a ‘European resellers’ group?

In this case there is no need to do anything special I think, because users remain the same, including their data and order history. The group is a grouping entity that does not alter the default WordPress/WooCommerce data, a kind of container.
