Hi, How do you generate invoices for the clients? I tried to email it to them but nothing was received. The client did receive an email to confirm their email and setup password, so I know the email system is working just fine.
Hi Hamadata! WooCommerce B2B does not generate invoices, it is outside its scope, but there are numerous third-party plugins for WordPress/WooCommerce that have this specific purpose. I hope this information helps to solve your doubts, best regards
Hello.
Please I have a problem, it started I think after the update.
The home page doesn’t show normally and says there is an error. while everything else works normally.
When I disable the plugin, everything works fine.
Thank you.
Hi pdkpant! Please refer to support channel:

Hi, do you have someone who can configure the plugin after installation (for a fee)? If so, how much would it cost approximately? Do you have a contact to quickly get more info?
Hi finch 85, I can’t point to a specific person, sorry.
Hello my groups user see products, but guest can not see product on sale, also guest see different header and footer? I need for guest to see everything regular. Why and how to fix.
Hi 15mahe, please check group visibility settings:

Is it possible to enable the selection of a customer group, but only in the new customer creation form available in the dashboard of your sales agents plugin? At the same time, without allowing customers who register on the site as standard to select groups?
Edit. In the end i found this solution in the sales rep account edit tab. Sorry for the confusion.
Great PlonPharm, glad you solved! Enjoy!
Is there a solution that allows Sales Agents to enter net prices instead of gross prices when they want to change the price in the basket? Because currently I have prices displayed for website guests as gross, and in the b2b group I display net prices, and when the sales agent changes the price of the customer in the basket in the B2B group, even though the suffix informs that it is a net price, after entering the price it turns out that the tax is counted down from it and finally after editing we have a gross price with a net price suffix.
Is there a solution to this situation without turning the page upside down by changing the global tax settings of woocommerce and manually editing all prices with the fear that other external integrations will fall apart?

Hi UK-Designer-Guy, I see no problem reaching the documentation page. Please try again after clearing your browser cache. Hope this information can help you to resolve your doubts, best regards
Hi there, unfortunately, I’ve checked in 3 different browsers and the link does not work in any so I suspect its not cache related. Do I have to have an active support subscription to view current user documentation ?
Of course not, the documentation is public and right now it’s perfectly reachable.
However, if you have trouble getting to it you can download it from your Envato Market account like any other plugin
Hi how do I change “VAT Number” to “GST Number” in the registration form? Thanks in advance!
Hi mrchen, take a look at the documentation:

Are only global discounts possible for a given group? Are you planning to add a feature in the future that will allow you to set % discounts for specific categories in the store, or better yet, products?
Hi PlonPharm, the percentage discount can only be applied globally, based on the group. But for a more detailed control, it is possible, for each single product, to apply a specific price based on the group:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductPrices[1].pngOf course, it is possible to bulk update the prices of the products in one go with a CSV file, using the default import/export tools of WooCommerce:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-content/docs/woocommerce-b2b/assets/images/settings/ProductIETools[1].pngIn this way, through the CSV file you can calculate the final prices based on the conditions you prefer and update them massively.
Hope these informations can help you to resolve your doubts, best regards
Great info, thanks a lot!
You’re welcome PlonPharm, glad to have been of help! Best regards
hello since last update, product page display wcb2b-shipping-class, even when not logged, (no group) – in back office no way to disable that – I think need option to deactivate it, because visitor non logged can see it, in the group i’v disabled that but what about non logged ? Thanks
About shipping class, for not logged in customers please refer to GUEST group.

Hello is it possible (and how) to import price via wp all import ? thanks
Hi dimitrilongo, prices are stored in the product meta, so you can import them through the native WooCommerce tools for import/export:
https://woocommerce-b2b.com/documentation/#s4lor using other assets that have the same purpose.

Hi, I’m designing a website where users need to select different variations on the product page. I noticed that your plugin supports item variations that users can select—is that correct?
I have a few additional questions. If a user needs to enter specific measurements, such as width and height, and other attributes on the product page, could they then submit a quote based on these details? If I use a plugin like Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce to add text fields for these measurements, will the data entered by the user in these text fields be included in the quote submission through your plugin? So, is your plugin compatible with Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce? If not, could you recommend an alternative plugin that allows for these types of variations and is compatible with your plugin?
In other words, I want to ensure that if a user does not select a predefined variation and instead fills out the text fields themselves (such as width and height) on the product page, this information is captured and included in the quote submission.
Additionally, is it possible to hide product prices for all user groups so that the quote submission is the only available option? We want to prevent users from being able to purchase the product directly without first submitting a quote. So, we don’t want to show prices or enter prices for items. Thank you for your assistance!
Hi emadi20144!
WooCommerce by default handles product variants, you can do it without any problems independently from WooCommerce B2B
WooCommerce B2B quote request works like an order, so any additional fields are included following the specific WooCommerce order process by default. Following this consideration, you can use the plugin you prefer.
Regarding prices, with WooCommerce B2B you can hide product prices, but consider that precisely because quotations work based on a cart and a checkout, it is necessary that the products are purchasable:
You may therefore need some workarounds to do it based on your specific needs, but searching online there are some examples of similar requests, for example:
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/47698914/make-product-purchasable-when-price-is-zero-0I hope this information helps to resolve your doubts, best regards
Hi, Thank you for your response. As I mentioned, I want to hide all other payment methods except the quotation option to prevent users from purchasing the product directly without submitting a quote.
The issue I’m facing is that when I hide the other payment methods in the WooCommerce settings under the Payments tab, these methods become invisible both on the checkout page and when a user wants to pay for an accepted quote.
Could you please advise on how I can make the other payment methods (except quotation) invisible on the checkout page but still visible when a user is ready to pay for a quoted order?
My other concern is that sometimes the demo doesn’t work properly. For example, yesterday, I spent over 30 minutes trying to log in with the demo account so I could add products to my basket, but no matter what I did, when I wanted to add products to my cart or see prices, it kept asking me to log in again. However, today it’s working fine. Could this be related to browser cache issues? I’m worried that this problem might persist after I purchase the plugin.
Thanks!
Hi emadi20144, thanks for your feedback!
The demo can unfortunately sometimes have these problems caused by multiple users using it, it is independent from the plugin (which is not related to this problem). In any case, every hour the demo resets itself to clean data and sessions.
Regarding payments, you could create a specific group to insert the users enabled for payment, in this way, after accepting the quotation, you can move the user to the enabled group in which the payment methods you prefer are present.
I hope this information will help to resolve your doubts, best regards
Hi, Thank you! I have a question about the invoice option. I tested it on the demo, but when I select “Invoice” in the checkout page and enter my email, I don’t receive an invoice in my Email. Could you please clarify how the user is supposed to pay for the invoice? Is there a payment link included in the invoice that’s sent to the user’s Email or there is another place for the user to pay the invoice?
Also, does the admin need to approve the invoice like a quote before the user can pay, or is no action required from the admin for the payment? Please guide me on how the payment process for invoices works.
Thank you!
Hi emadi20144, WooCommerce by default and WooCommerce B2B do not handle the tax aspect and invoicing, which is generally delegated to specific software or external CRM.
The invoicing email address allows the customer to specify their preference about where to receive a possible invoice (for example, an administrative department of the company). After that, how to pay an invoice depends on your agreements with the customer (bank transfer, 30-day payment, PayPal, etc. etc.) and is independent of WooCommerce B2B. This is a payment methodology widespread in B2B contexts.
I hope this information helps to resolve your doubts, best regards
Thank you! I have a quick question—can users make online purchases using PayPal with your plugin? Specifically, is it possible for members to pay through the PayPal gateway?
Thank you! I have a quick question—can users make online purchases using PayPal with your plugin? is it possible for members to pay through the PayPal gateway? I mean, without needing to submit a quote or invoice, they should be able to pay directly via PayPal on the checkout page.
You’re welcome emadi20144!
Payment methods depend on WooCommerce, so you can use all the payment methods you prefer independently from WooCommerce B2B
If you have PayPal gateway method, your customers are able to pay directly with PayPal in checkout
Thank you. Regarding the invoice feature, if a user selects the invoice option and receives the invoice in their account, but later decides to purchase it, will they need to go back to the product page and select the variations again to complete the purchase? because you mentioned user cannot buy the product with the invoice.
Is there a way to implement this so that users don’t need to re-select all the variations in the item page, especially if there are many item variations? Ideally, we’d like users to save the product with their selected variations for purchase later without going through the selection process again.
Is this possible?
Continuing from the last message: I noticed that there is a ‘Save Cart’ option. However, if the user doesn’t save the cart and goes to checkout page and selects ‘Invoice,’ and after some days, will they no longer be able to purchase that product? Will they need to start again and select the item variations again to complete the purchase? Is that correct?
Hi emadi20144, “Invoice payment” is a payment gateway, so when the customer selects it, he already has the products in the cart and is in the checkout and can complete the order. You can consider it as an offline payment gateway (like bank transfer, or cash on delivery) where the customer will pay an invoice issued by your CRM or administrative department for example based on your commercial agreements. Please note that payment process is a default WooCommerce feature, independently from WooCommerce B2B.
ok, thanks, but the “save cart” button is unavailable in the demo. when I add products to cart, there is no “save cart” button on the cart page. could you please check the demo and confirm that “save cart” is available on your plugin’s cart page? I also checked the woo-commerce setting in the blackened; it is enabled but not visible on the cart page. thanks
Hi emadi20144, the demo is configured to show the “Save cart” button for any group, except for the GUEST group (as it includes unregistered users). The button is regularly present in the demo without any problem. Make sure you are logged in with one of the customer accounts proposed by the demo:
https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/blog/2022/04/02/login-credentials/Note that it is not possible to save a cart for a non-logged in user (precisely because there is no reference user). I hope this information helps to solve your doubts! Best regards
Great product, thanks! Maybe possible in future update add and whosale stock amount? I mean default group one stock, and whosellers have another amount of stock? Because usually it is different warehouse. Thanks!
Hi Jasinka, I’m glad you like WooCommerce B2B thanks! And thanks also for your suggestion, we will check the feasibility with our team to evaluate a future implementation. Stay tuned and best regards!
Is there possible to change the separator ”;” for ”,” for quick order template?
No EstudioMerca_Mx, this is not possible at the moment, sorry, but a specific hook will be available in the next release to customize the CSV file separator. For more information you can refer to the appropriate channel dedicated to technical support:

Hi I am finally using the plugin bought sometime ago. Just 1 Question: Is it possible disable coupons in Wholesale Orders?
-> Sorry I found the solution.
Hi unoserver, glad you solved! However, could be useful to know that according to your version of WooCommerce B2B you can decide to enable/disable the use of the single coupon based on the customer group:

Hi,is there an option to display a prefix for the regular price and a separate prefix for the sale price? For example, “Wholesale Price” as the prefix for the regular price and “Your Price” as the prefix for the sale price. Thank you
Hi kontiki12, no, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature in its list, you can manage this need with default WooCommerce hooks, independently from WooCommerce B2B. Best regards
One more question please.
So, i have a shop with a B2B side. For resellers, I’ve created two roles: A ‘reseller’ role with the tax rules of my country. A ‘European reseller’ role with Schengen tax rules.
I see that your plugin doesn’t work with roles, but with groups.
So my question:
Will I be able to convert or import the list of my current customers and their datas from a ‘reseller’ role to a reseller group? The same goes for those with the European resellers role. Will I be able to import them easily into a ‘European resellers’ group?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
Hi Digital_in, I can’t give you an answer on this, as I don’t know the rules you have for the roles, how they are stored in the database and how they are managed, sorry. In general, the concept of group is more extensive and customizable than that of role, but each plugin can be different and can manage it in a different and personalized way.
I don’t want to import rules for roles, but just standard datas : Commands history, account information, etc..
In this case there is no need to do anything special I think, because users remain the same, including their data and order history. The group is a grouping entity that does not alter the default WordPress/WooCommerce data, a kind of container.
Ok, thank you.
You’re welcome!
Hello, I’m planning to change my B2B solution for yours on my site. But first I’m going to test it on a different test domain than the production domain. If I take a single licence, can I activate it on the test server and then the production server?
Thank you in advance for your answers.
I can’t test the demo. I’m disconnected every time I change pages. I’ve tried with different browsers and the problem is the same.
Yes Digital_in of course! About demo, please try reaching direct link:
