Well, it does not come up with lifetime support. If you had that many issue with update then do not update. But, unfortunately its not possible to provide you lifetime update for just $39. In fact nobody can. So, please talk reasonable and if you need technical assistance then you need to extend your support.

What kind of response is this? You provide an update, so obv people rely on your update. Or is it our fault you provide updates without testing them first? You are the one who needs to be reasonable. I neither expect lifetime support nor do I need it. But if your update is faulty and breaks my forms then you are responsible for fixing it. It is that simple

I am sure you understand our response very well. updates are well tested and we did not find any other customer had reported incident so, it must be your site specific issue. As we have 12000+ paid customers so we would have more concern then you if there is such bug. So, If you need technical support from our team and your support period is expired then you need to extend. I hope you understand it clearly now.

What you are trying to do is get support for what you are not paying for. If you buy a phone which has 1 year support and if you go after 2 years do you get support there?? If the answer is no then its same thing with every product.

My support is out of date. I don’t think this should require renewing support. Is this feature supported? If yes, how do I pre-select a radio button?

Hello? Can fields be set to default, yes or no? If no, this form is of no use to me. If yes, then it has a bug. When I click to set radio button to default and then save, after saving form it removes the default value.

(1) ARForms supports the conditional redirection after form submission and that will help you to achieve it. You can use the condition rule for the submit redirection and you can redirect user based on the condition.

(2) We’re not offering services for building such funnel but you can use the ARForms conditional redirection to achieve it.

(3) ARForms – Front End Entry view can help you to achieve it as this ARForms’ add-on will help you to display the submitted form data in front-end and registered users can access their past submitted form entries and can edit them.

(4) ARForms provides email notifications to the users and also you can send conditional emails based on the matched condition and can achieve it.

Thanks for info, When i create a form, each form will contain few pages, when i export into csv or excel, each page should be in row wise when i export into excel or csv. Please advise if only this is possible.?

ARForms does supports the page break field that you can use to display the form with page break view ( like wizard type of survey form ). You can use as many field as you can and can change the label to the similar to each other as every field has different field ID.

ARForms has an add-on ‘Front-end Entry Views’, that provides feature to display the form entries to the front-end. Each form entries will be displayed in each row ( one complete form data in one row ).

Also, ARForms provides facility to export forms entries in CSV file.

You are replying same thing, please understand that in one form for each page i want each row when i export into excel

(1) ARForms supports conditional emails for the user email notifications as well as supports CC & BCC options for the admin email notifications

(2) & (3) For PDF, you can use the ARForms – PDFCreator add-on which has a feature to send PDF in email as an attachment to user as well as to admin. Also, you can set the PDF file name starts/ends with entry_id (default) or date or with the field values.

The shortcode you’ve mentioned is related to the submission ID & Keys. These data are always unique for each form submission entries and you can find it under the ARForms > Form Entries page.

Yes! you can set a score to radio/checkbox fields and with the help of running total, you can calculate total score!

Further, with the help of conditional rules, you can hide/show fields and can display the comments.

With the help of ARForms – PDFCreator add-on, you can collect all form data in the pre-defined PDF template and can send it to user as well as administrator.

ARForms provides form entries data and analytic charts of the form views & entries that you can access it from ARForms > Form entries section.

If you’re looking to create a separate data table & charts based on that, then it would not be possible at the moment.
