The SaaS version allows you to manage multiple schools without the need for additional addons. On the other hand, with Ekattor, you can only manage one school. To handle multiple schools, you would require the Ekattor Multi-School addon. It’s important to note that with the SaaS version, the subscription system is not available. Consequently, the system’s superadmin or our client won’t earn anything with Ekattor. This version is specifically designed to cater to single or multiple school management systems, without offering additional revenue streams for the purchaser.
Furthermore, purchasing addons for Ekattor8 offers additional advantages:
Ekattor8 includes a student mobile app (which needs to be purchased separately). Student Biometric Attendance Addon and Exam Marks Sender Addon are exclusive features not yet included in Ekattor8.

Please be informed, there are 2 types of licensing for our product: Regular and Extended. A Regular License allows you to use the product for personal projects or your own site, but you cannot charge the end user. On the other hand, an Extended License is required if you’re planning to charge an end user, such as for business client projects or client websites.
Regarding the pricing structure reflects the nature of the extended license, which is designed to ensure the fair use of the product for commercial purposes. 2. Yes the application is customizable. You can customize by yourself/by us or by any third party. But note that for any customize related issue will not be under regular license support and also if you want to version updates later it may affect your customised files so you need to take a note on this points.
3. Yes we have a student app and an instructor app. Both needs to be purchase separately if you want to use them.

I have some issues and questions.
Accounting: 1. its generates invoices but does not keep track of student payments? 2. Its cannot generate a student payment list. 3. student fee manager export, just exports a screen shot. You will only see 10 students?? 4. they is no option for students paying/instalment’s on fees.
Users: Students 1. the export button just exports a screen shot of the first 10 students? 2. Can’t find the student number/code, it only appears on the generate id card. I have students with the same names. 3. Need a student list for the entire school on the system

First of all, we don’t see a purchase tag under your name for this product. So we couldn’t verify if you have purchase this product or not.

3. It has three export options. Those are pdf, csv and print. We don’t bulk generate. So each page contains 10 list. You need to go each page print the next list.

Users: 1. The bulk export feature is not available you need to paginate each page and export them.

1. Yes you can edit the system language. From superadmin panels language settings you can update the phrase or can create new language and activate the language and manually update the phrases of the languages.
2. Sorry this feature is not available. You will need customization for that.
