If the tax option is enabled it means we are charging tax for the sales right, The question is, let’s say the stripe is the use case, after collecting tax with the DDP app at checkout, do we still need to enable tax in stripe? this is a newbie question so padrone me,

Once tax is enabled in DDP, system will just apply it to the final price, you should not enable it in stripe, otherwize double tax will be charged

How do you enable custom address fields in the user profile. At the moment, the user cannot see/edit their address, however, the admin can see and edit the address
Address fields are only visible if tax option is enabled from the admin configuration page
Is there an issue with stripe checkout? When I checkout, i fill in the card detail, then click submit payment…the “waiting spinner” stays there, nothing happens after that.
on stripe dashboard, i can see the payment coming through.
First make sure you are using the latest version, secondly enable debug console in /lib/config.ini.php and set DEBUG to true. Try stripe once again, refresh page and look for any errors or warnings within console.

I raised this issue 5 days ago, but I still haven’t heard back yet.
The product will not be usable until this is fixed. users cannot download. when they click on download the screen dims and nothing happens.
Can you please fix this bug as soon as possible?

2 issues I have found with this app still unresolved
1. SyntaxError: Unexpected token ’<’, ...” – when you try and upload files or documents
2. not able to upload the file as there is no file drop-down or browser – i used /www/wwwroot/DDP_FILES/
I have tried it on both Apache and Nginx Servers
can you please resolve this asap or i will be demanding a refund (which i would rather not prefer as i do like the concept of the app)

Your file directory path in the admin configuration was completely wrong. It should have been /www/wwwroot/DDP_FILES/ instead of default one.

I have deliberately put the file directories side by side to compare, i don’t see what you are saying,
/www/wwwroot/DDP_FILES/ (What you typed)
/www/wwwroot/DDP_FILES/ (Mine) and whats in the Configguration

Hi – You replied to my email stating that you changed W:/public_html/ddp5/filedata/, to /www/wwwroot/DDP_FILES/ even after sending screenshots that it’s already pointing to /www/wwwroot/DDP_FILES/
what is going on here, this is now dragging.
can you please make sure it is fixed and send me a screenshot of the file browser button showing as i strongly believe this is a bug, share the fix

And optionally Cloud share ?
This is very important as we don’t want to bulk up the Webserver with terabytes of files. Its best if it is linkable to a Nas share.
That would be the only real feature missing from your product compared to others.

it says one most add file to complete the product adding – but the file section is blank, there is no drop-down to add files except for audio whats tha trick?

I am having problem sending and receiving emails from the website on DDP pro. 1. User registration verification mail is not coming to user and not even to the admin. 2. Contact form submission or query email also not received to admin. In admin i have added my gmail address. In config admin i have tried both with php mailer and also sendmail (default paths).
the reason is incorrect email credentials. Try enabling debug console in /lib/config.ini.php and set DEBUG to true. Try another contact form, refresh page and look for any errors or warnings within console.
I set debug to true – no change, no message. When you submit any form button like contact form, signup form, membership selection form, etc – it keeps showing loading over the button with no further progress. Check yourself by signup or submitting contact form at digiresale(.)com. It keeps loading and site does not work, until cache cleared.
Also need a manual or video instructions – i set a product to a particular membership but when i log in as that member – the VIP access button is inactive on the product. When you add a price for a product, there has to be a Add to Cart button and then beside that Member Access Button (if its active membership). I dont understand.
The admin login is still default after installation with pass1234 please check it.
First, you need to configure your SMTP settings in the admin configuration page. As for the membership access. You still need to set price for each product, and assign membership to it. If user membership is valid, you will be able to download product directly. No add to cart option is available.
Did you check it? It’s not working at digiresale (dot) com. Default admin pass1234 . I have assigned everything properly and when I logged in as that member at front end it won’t show the download button, it still shows vip access button which is inactive.

You need at least php 8.2

Install field is automatically populated during installation process, as for the file directory, take a look here or in install manual: https://ckb.wojoscripts.com/article/digishop-module/
i don’t see install field populated under configuration. not a bother, right? also, i am not sure why a new registered user isn’t receiving an email, upon registration. ?
You can ignore install field, as for the emails, make sure your SMTP credentials are correct under the admin configuration page
this smtp is giving me a headache although set up seems good. also, if i have to edit to add custom CSS / JS, where do i edit for the front end (since i am noit supposed to touch cache/master.css )

You can edit css file in view/front/themes/modern/css/. As for adding tabs within product description thats bit complicated

You can change in style.css located in view/front/themes/modern/css/ those are primary colors

Link colors are based on primary color, each color theme will have a different link color. It is kind of impossible to answer your question, since there are 12 different color themes. If you can send me a link of the page where link in question is, I can have a better idea.
