After successful install, I have two issues:
1. The settings menu from admin sectio is not working – is jumping up and become hidden 2. I cannot upload any .zip file – my digital downloads are in zip format
Please advise.My PHP version is 8.2

Im not sure about the menu, but for uploading files you need to configure file directory as per install manual. Have a look here, its for a different script, but the same rule applies: https://ckb.wojoscripts.com/article/digishop-module/

When trying to upload a file, even a small image, I get a message: The file could not be uploaded
I have CHMOD /uploads/ to 777
Dont chmod any directories, and make sure you have created dedicated file directory as per install manual.

Can you add multiple images to each product/item? I only see one image per item in your demo and I need a gallery of images for each download.
Yes you can at the bottom, multiple images option is available.

I just renewed my support after downloading the update (5.5.0) and uploading it to my server. I can’t even get to the main install screen, as I am greeted with this error.

Hi Alex and thanks. I did upgrade to php 8.2 and cleaned my directory out, laying the groundwork for a fresh, new install. For some reason, unlike the first time I installed the script several years ago, I cannot even get to the setup wizard. I even went to my host support to make certain that I had upgraded my php properly (even though it is just following the prompts and I had). Any other suggestions?

In the admin panel, I saw the feature for coupons. Although it’s not usable, I noticed that there is only an option to set the amount, but no setting for the number of uses, right?
Additionally, is the CDKEY generated automatically?

Coupons are fully usable you can set the percentage or the amount off. As for the keys, they are not generated automatically. You would need to add your own keys

First, you need to create a file directory and st up the path to it as per install manual.Once you are able to upload files, they will be visible to assign them to your products
