Hello, I’m trying to activate the license I bought on one of my websites. I had already activated it before, but since I had several problems I had to delete the plugin and install it again and now it tells me that “This license key is already used for two sites.”
Is there a way to unlink one of the licenses that I had already used on one of the websites to activate it again on the same domain?

All in One SEO seems to have higher priority and overwrites the SEO titles and descriptions i set for filters. Any way to stop it from doing this? or make only this plugin it’s meta title and description display instead?

We think that this question should be redirected to the All in One SEO support, as it is rewriting it globally. But to be honest, we have a lot of clients using it with our plugin and everything is working fine on their side. So there are some settings in the plugin that needed to be configured in order to not rewrite anything above.
Because if our plugin SEO Rules rewrite everything globally then it would be an issue in our plugin.
Generally, there is no support for accounts whose support period has expired following the support policy.
But we can help you later after all requests from accounts with valid support periods are processed. It may take some time – days or weeks.

maybe i should have worded that a bit differently, i see the seo description for the filter plugin and i also see one from the AIO seo plugin, but the AIO plugin seems to copy the description from the category page somehow. I thought you’d have some knowledge on how to make this one have higher priority cuz it confuses google search console.

Can you please provide more detailed information, on this, and indexed by what? By default, all fileted pages are not indexed, you can create SEO Rules for that, and only one term from the filter can be indexed if there are two chosen they are not indexed.

Maybe it is possible to make it so that the robot does not go through them, because it is quite a big data set.
Some bots typically ignore this information, so you can try to create a robot file (also can be ignored) in your WordPress in order to not give bots permission to crawl those pages and index them, or use firewall settings for that.

We have checked the site:
1) We set the correct query in the filter set “And what to filter?” so everything is filtering now.
2) You have zero attributes applied to your products, so they all are empty. You need to apply them to your products in order to filter by them.
3) About the AJAX, it is working, the only issue is in the slider code for the product pictures which is not tAJAX compatible by default. You can check some info about it here – https://filtereverything.pro/resources/ajax-instructions-only/ so you need to make this code AJAX compatible.

Hello, I’m having some problems with the mobile version of my filter set. The mobile button appears only on some of the taxonomies I created. Let’s say it’s a beer e-commerce, I can filter by Product Type: Beers, Glasses, Beer Packs, T-shirts and so on. Color: Blonde, White, Amber exc..
If I select the term “Glasses”, on mobile, everything works correctly. I see the filter button, I can click on it and select other terms.
If I select “Beer Packs” I see the button, but when I click on it, no filter selection is shown, only a blank page.
If I go to the beer taxonomy, I don’t even see the filter button.
Meanwhile, from the desktop everything works smoothly.
What could be the problem?

Hello. I have a problem with sorting a product post type. I use Filter Everything Pro, Elementor Pro and Woocommerce. I have 49 variable products. I don’t have a real widget in the WordPress dashboard. When I use the “Sorting Widget” (not a shortcode) in my Elementor page builder with sorting options by product price ASC or DESC it doesn’t work.

Hi,
I have some parent products that have quite a few variations on them (mainly colors and weight). When I use the filter (pro version) it picks the products with the correct color but it shows the parent items and not the actual variations. The “Use for variations” option is selected for the color filter. Is there a solution?

If you are using Woo shortcodes with categories on the pages, as far as we know they are not using the WP_Query.

Since you are using WooCommerce you can create attributes instead of categories. When you create a filter from a taxonomy, you will have only one filter from it, it doesn’t matter if you have hierarchy categories created inside or not.
If you want separate filters, you can use Products -> Attributes since you are using WooCommerce. So you can create separate attributes with the needed terms inside. We thought that you are using custom CPT.

No, unfortunately, there are no paid add-ons or anything like that. It would require rewriting quite a significant part of the core functionality.
The development team has this on the list, but as far as we know, there have been no conversations yet to establish at least the necessary algorithms for this to work quickly, without conflicts, etc.
Eventually, something like this will appear with updates, but unfortunately, there is nothing that can be done at the moment. Theoretically, you can hire any developer to make it for you, but would it be worth it, we are not sure. As it would go above the plugin price *n amount, and should be updated with the new plugin releases.

Update on the issue with dropdowns.
The WooCommerse released a new update where they returned the old selet2 script that not causing the issue. Please update the WooCommerce to the latest version so everything will work well again.

We have checked the site, and the issue is that you made it “AND” logic on them, which is not needed. As you have dropdowns, where it is possible to choose only one option.
Also, you didn’t choose to hide empty terms, so you always see them, thus, when you choose the wrong (all empty) combination it is hiding everything. When i saved a filter set, and want to edit it i always get an error with filter prefix should have at least one alphabetic symblo but cannot change the prfix for url field. how to fix this?

If it is not possible, then you would need to delete the filter set, and from the trash as well, and then create a new one with the correct prefix.

I did that, but this happens every time. The field is uneditable after the first save.

If you enter every time only numerical value, it will have the same error every time, without matter how many times you create it.
It is not editable after you save it, you can edit it only from the Filters -> Settings -> URL Prefixes. If you want to create multiple filters from one entity and use new prefixes in each of those filters, it won’t work like that.
If you cannot change it, please send the credentials to the wp-admin dashboard following this document so we can check it.

In the file that is inside the \haru-teespace\core\libraries\cmb2-conditionals\cmb2-conditionals.php on the line 92 or so there is this line which is causing the issue:

This is an issue in your plugin. I tried another theme (without that plugin) and still have the same issue now.
Unfortunately, this is not the issue of our plugin. As long as this Haru plugin is turned off so it’s JS code that applied in the admin footer not changing input classes and behavior, everything is working well.
The customer who used this same plugin with the theme made a request to the haru support pointing out the exact issue in the code as we debugged it, but he didn’t get any support on it. Just the answer is that they are not responsible for third-party plugin compatibility.
If the issue was in our plugin, turning off the haru plugin won’t make any changes, but in fact, turning it off makes everything work correctly. Because when you turn it off, there is no more JS code that goes about its entity causing this issue.
If you tried it with another theme (not the same developer) without this plugin, please send us the credentials to this site with another theme and we will check it and provide information on it.

You recently helped us debug a piece of code that was preventing the search filter from functioning properly. However, that piece of code allowed us to extend the search to all custom fields of the post type.
Do you have any solutions that would allow the search function to work with all (or a set of) custom fields of the post type? I think it currently only supports the title and content.

In my WordPress backend, I have a set of projects grouped in a taxonomy called “Portfolios” that have different categories.
I would like to create two connected filters on the same page:
The first filter would contain only two specific categories (for example, “Category A” and “Category B”). With this first filter, I could filter my projects in these two categories. The second filter would contain the rest of the categories (for example, “Category C”, “Category D”, etc.). Once I have filtered with the first filter, I could continue to refine my filtering using this second filter. Is it possible to implement this type of custom filtering system with your plugin? In order to make it work correctly, you need to add either another taxonomy on your CPT, so you can create filters from two separate taxonomies, and it will work like two normal filters.
Or you can use custom fields, but of course, they won’t have any hierarchy, etc.

Because there is no possibility to create multiple filters from one taxonomy. And make them work in the same way as filters that are made from two different taxonomies.

The custom post type is added automatically by the theme as the default because I am using a premium theme.
