I just bought your plugin. Using your guide, I am setting up Scenario 2, which is to Purchase a Product and Pay in Monthly Installments.

How can I check that everything is working properly? I don’t want to set up, turn it on, get 100 orders, and then find out automatic payments is not working a month later.

Is there any type of requirements checker?

I want to know if Automatic Payment Mode using the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway plugin has no issues and should work properly.

I am concerned that the Sucuri Firewall Plugin and WP Rocket Plugin will cause issues.

Do I need to make any special adjustments?

It is possible to charge a deposit at the time of purchase and you can set the balance payment due date to be after specific number of days of purchase date.

Hello, I would like to know if this plugin is fully compatible with SUMO Subscriptions. I have a situation where a customer pays 50% upfront and then 50% in 30 days, but there is also an annual recurrence.

Can both of these payment arrangements be managed using these two plugins?

Additionally, does the membership feature allow for access restrictions if a user fails to make a payment for a renewal or a specific month? I want to be sure that purchasing these three plugins will provide all the functionalities I need.

SUMO Payment Plans and SUMO Subscriptions plugins are not compatible with eachother.

But, SUMO Subscriptions and SUMO Memberships plugins are compatible. So, you can create recurring membership plans using which you can restrict pages/posts/products on your site and give access only for members of specific membership plans. With SUMO Subscriptions, you can create recurring membership plans so that SUMO Subscriptions plugin will handle renewal payments. If the membership plan is not renewed, then restrictions will be applied again.

I just bought this plugin but Can’t get it to work. Most of my orders that I need this for are created in the backend. I want the customer to be able to then see the order and in the regular pay form in my account that I gives them the options. I tried selecting the specific customer and still can’t figure it out

Heelo, I would like to use this plugin to: Once the basket is made, at the time of Check-out, I would like to give the possibility of paying for the product: in 1 time in 2 times or that several people pay for this basket (like we buy a trip for 4 and therefore the basket which contains this trip for 4 people will be paid for by the 4 people individually). This involves sending the shopping basket by SMS, email, Whatsapp, etc. and the possibility of paying for part of the basket for each person. as soon as all people have paid, the order is validated. I can create payments on set dates? ie:

1. Deposit 2. 2nd payment February 15th 3. 3rd payment March 18th 4. 4th payment August 30

This is the idea, can set the payment dates and the customer will be automatically charged.

1. In the mid of installment, does this plugin disallow the customer stop the payment till the installment is completed?

2. In the mid of installment, does this plugin allow to change to the other credit card?

1. When using Stripe – Credit Card(using WooCommerce Stripe plugin) or SUMO Payment Plans – PayPal Reference Transactions(comes inbuilt with the plugin), it is possible to force the customers to purchase payment plan orders in automatic mode(i.e. on due date of each installment, amount will be debited automtatically from the customer account.

2. It is not possible to change Credit Card. But, when using Stripe – Credit Card, there is option in Stripe plugin to Save Cards. Customers can Save their cards as well as set their Default card from their My Account page. When an installment payment fails from the original card, SUMO Payment Plans plugin will automatically retry payments from the “Default” card which the customer has set in their My Account page.

Greetings, Presale Question:

We are wanting to know if the plugin can provide the following solution:

We have a package that we want to sell on our website for $1000 as the DEPOSIT to start the project. The customer would then be making monthly payments of $50.00 ongoing indefinitely. We want them to have the ability to make the $1000 deposit with their debit/credit card, and then select the option to remit a $50.00 monthly payment on either the 1st or the 15th of the month.

Is this something that can be setup using this plugin?

As per the plugin behavior, you can charge deposit and predefined amount(fixed/percentage of product price) for specific number of installments. But, it is not possible to charge installment amount indefinitely.

I don’t see it… We’d like to have a specific checkbox/agreement acknowledgement for terms and conditions on the check out of a payment plan specifically. A popup with the terms would be ideal. Otherwise, a hyperlink to the payment plan would suffice too. And the box must be checked/recorded before the transaction can take place. Is there a similar feature currently?

After the purchase transaction, the website sends only the installment amount to Google Analytics/Meta instead of the total amount.

Is there any option to change this?

Separate order will be created for each installment and hence It is not possible.
