After waiting for a considerable amount of time, I regret to inform you that the recent updates have proven to be extremely confusing. I am struggling to navigate the system, and it is no longer as intuitive or user-friendly as the previous version.
I would like to formally request a full refund again.
The recent changes have significantly complicated the interface, making it far more difficult to use. I believe this direction may prove to be a mistake for you, and I’m confident I am not the only one with these concerns.
Unfortunately, the system’s UI/UX has become impractical to use, which I had forewarned during the beta phase. Despite my nearly 30 years of experience in the industry, my feedback was not incorporated, and the result is a far less effective product.
The current version involves far too many steps and lacks the simplicity of the previous design. The older version, while not without its issues, it didn’t work for my needs, was still vastly superior in terms of usability.
Additionally, I am unable to locate the Google Sheets integration, we discussed, which was an important feature for me.

Please process a refund to my account as you previously promised.
We have been waiting for a long time, and it seems that the issues remain unresolved.
Unfortunately, even after providing additional details, the situation has only gotten worse. The original solution you was far better UI/UX wise, but still failed to work correctly for our needs, far to slow and no conrol to prevent data issues.
The new approach is very confusing, overly complicated, and doesn’t even support the previous interface at all, which was far superior. The new interface is a tangled mess, to the point where I can’t even figure out how to use it.
We have numerous custom fields that need to be mapped, and the software should automatically detect these fields in the database, as they are standard meta or custom fields used by highly vetted modules. It should allow us to easily drag and drop fields from a CSV file and map them to what the system recognizes in the database.
WP All Import already does this, your interface was better until this update, now it’s so much worse.
Field mapping is a critical key, and it must be simple and intuitive. Additionally, the speed at which data is updated is equally important, all while ensuring accuracy and avoiding mistakes.
We don’t understand how the decision was made to take this direction with the update. It feels like the wrong approach entirely and we are not even sure why. I’m sure we’re not the only ones who feel this way, give it time and you will see.

when i try to import everything, (zip file your plugin created) by just updating existing ones and upload new ones it fails over 18% uload time. (internal server error 500)

When comparing this to WP All Import, we’ve found that importing product category taxonomy structures and products is unfortunately not feasible with your software. The data connections are problematic, and despite trying all available methods and datasets, the mappings consistently fail to align correctly with the intended product category taxonomy tree structure.
Additionally, we have a large product set that spans multiple taxonomy categories, which complicates the import process even further.
Could you please provide guidance on when we can expect an update that addresses these issues and others we’ve encountered? Our categories are deeply nested, and we’ve been struggling with software malfunctions since day one. In contrast, WP All Import by Soflyy handles these tasks effectively. While we appreciate the superior UI of your software, its practical implementation is lacking compared to what is needed.
It seems that your software may be missing vital features or updates, leading to significant frustration. We value the design of your UI, but the functionality is falling short of our expectations. Can you explain why updates are being released so slowly, especially given the frequent changes in this area?

Will the new version address the issues we’re encountering with the import process being extremely slow and experiencing stalls or skipped records / fails? We are particularly interested in whether it will leverage more command-line operations or a REST API connection to achieve faster performance, as data changes frequently before the import completes or just fails. We’re hopeful it will enhance both performance and usability, as we are currently facing significant challenges despite our best efforts.
While using CLI commands with another product has provided faster import speeds, it’s not practical for frequent use due to its lack of user-friendliness. Additionally, we would like to request a trade-in for this license to the WP Import Export version, as this also did not meet our needs or worked for us from day one.
We require access to all data tables and would like the new version to automatically detect all meta data, enabling us to map data quickly without manually checking the data tables by hand. We are prepared to assist with extensive testing, given our large dataset and ability to thoroughly evaluate every aspect of the import process.
Additionally, could we explore options for integrating with Google Sheets to address the speed and failure issues we’re encountering? Perhaps a solution like this one: https://spreadsheet-coding.com/category/google-sheets-api-php-client or maybe https://github.com/openspout/openspout/tree/4.x which we are reading is faster, this might offer a more efficient approach, what can be done here. Hi,
We’ve been using your plugin since 2022 without any issues related to products. However, we now need to export and import all the data related to WooCommerce.
When exporting orders, the plugin breaks on orders that have more than 19 items. With the latest update, it only exports 7 order items.
Furthermore, in these orders, it messes up the product names, placing the SKU in the product name field.
Additionally, the import function gives an error.
We are willing to renew the license, but we need to be sure that your plugin does the job, else we need to find another solution.

Does your plugin support changing product urls during import?
In field mapping, the permalink field is missing. (Eg: xyz.com/product/permalink.html). So, if I want to change product urls , I cannot find the mapping and even if I change permalink in the CSV, on import, there is no actual change. Am I missing something? Thanks a lot.

you have to change slug instead of url. permalink is auto created based on slug and other data.
