Hi, we have a question : with your plugin, when we display the membership price, the format is always like “2,988” for “2988” euros. We are located in France, and then this is not a good format for a price. People don’t understand the ”,” (comma) because it’s like 2 euros 988 and not really 2988 euros. We tried to find where we can change that, but no luck. Could you please tell us where we can change that ? Thanks for your support ! Regards

On same page, there are 2 things, one is login form and 2nd is the content. ...

I want that the person see content after login….

But in setting there is no option like this…

I mean, when someone do login, the page should reload and show content..

But in setting there is nothing like this…

In setting one is a fix page, one is ref page like one page before one history.

I need same page after login and refresh the page. As the login form and content is on same page

Content is hidden for guest and login form is hidden for logged in users

If you are willing to redirect the members to the same page on login then you need to use the ARMember Login popup Form shortcode which will redirect to the same page when setting the referred page settings.

1- I have chrome plugin that open my own service & third-party service.
2- Third-party service itself collect the money by an annual membership per User
3- My own service also ask the user to pay annual membership if he want to use
some paid features.
4- Now, my problem is how can I make the user pay on one place (my own page of membership signup) the all cost (my own service & the third-party) ?

Very important tax option missing: Prices (of the plan) incl. tax.

For every customer in the European Union, there has to be a tax rule per country, but the tax can’t be added to the plan price (illegal). The law requires that the final prices, INCLUDING sales tax, be shown in B2C. Other membership systems respect the EU laws at this critical point. ARMember has to fix this ASAP to be compliant.

The tax per country needs to be shown in the payment summary subtracted from the final payable price, which is not allowed to change. It’s also good if this is protected against manipulation by the customer (in future updates).

I wonder why nobody brought this up yet. This is the first to look at.

ARMember does show the final payable price including tax just before the submit button so member can verify their payment information also, ARMember does show the plan amount and tax separately, and after making the payment ARMember does show the tax amount in the invoice too.

Wow, admitting publicly that your software is not compliant with the EU laws is not what I expected. Also tinkering around with it instead of updating it to make it compliant seems very shady.

I purchased the affiliate addon you advised but Im unable to use or understand some features in it.

1)Since my website is not based on payment on signup ,how can I enable just one time payment to the client after the referral has made a purchase of any plan which I have configured to make fixed payment. I only need one time payment referral commission to the referral

2)I find it hard to. use “payment transaction” and “payout” under affiliate section I did test some test and checked those section and there was nothing to display

3)How do we use our woocommerce payment gateway which we use to accept payment to make payment to all affiliate users

4)How do we make payment to affiliate users and marking them paid ?

5)I see PayPal as the only payout method,how do we add ours or use woocommerce or any other payment gateway

I purchased this plugin a while ago and I’m only now getting a chance to use it. There are a lot of features that I like in the plugin and I would like to continue using it. Support for this item has expired, so I’m unable to open a ticket. I would extend support for the plugin, but I’m a little concerned that the issue I’m experiencing is something that cannot be resolved:

I’ve found that ARMember plugin is causing my website to frequently return 404 errors for pages that exist. There is no sequence to it, as pages that normally work, suddenly do not and after reloading several times, they load properly. From searches on the comments here, I see that there can be conflicts with language plugins (I’m using WPML), but nothing like what I’m experiencing. I’ve saved permalinks, cleared cache, etc. but the only thing that resolves the issue is deactivating ARMember plugin (Premium and Lite). Is this an issue that your support team is familiar with and can help resolve? If so, is there already a fix in the pipeline? If possible, I’d like to know before I extend my support. Dear all, just a presale question. If I need only two add-ons (e.g. Zapier and Buddyboss integrations), could I buy only the add-ons individually, or do I have to buy the bundle pack?
