Hi, I have a Pre-sale Question. I have a plugin, I do not know but as of now only admin can use that plugin. Its called “Push notification for Mobile & web app by Appcheap.io” Even with ‘user role editor plugin’ i cannot provide that plugin access to editor role. If i buy your whitelabel admin theme and its add-ons can i provide that plugin access to editor. Iam ready to make him an admin but he cannot use other plugins but only that plugin. Is this possible. Apologies for the delay in answering your question. WPShapere and its addon plugin will just hide the unwanted menu items using PHP (not CSS). It won’t edit the user capability. If you can’t give access to other user roles using role editor plugins means, the specific plugin doesn’t uses the WordPress standard role capability method to restrict its plugin menu. In that case, you need to contact the author of the plugin for support.

It is due to a bug in WordPress 6.4.3 https://core.trac.wordpress.org/changeset/57388
You can correct it by following methods:
If you’re on Windows, unzip the theme archive file and zip it again and upload that zip archive that you’ve just archived on your windows.
If you’re on a Mac system, unzip and zip the unzipped folder using file archive softwares like https://www.keka.io/en/. We will upload a compatible file to the Envato server shortly.

About to buy/purchase your plugin and tried to email you too about the below question, but I’ll chance to ask here too:
We already have a website with a theme (intranet/extranet) (Anesta) with its own login for everyone including admin, regular users and so on, which we want to keep.
Now we saw your demo video and it looks like you can under Login Options, that you can Disable custom styles for login page by checking in not to have this.
Which means that it then works with ours we already have via the Anesta theme?
Have we understood this correctly and can then use everything else in your plugin?

Hello. When we enable WPShapere the regular editor gets replaced by Tiny editor and it disables quite a lot of buttons/options such as the link URL for example. Is there a way to disable Tiny or to add extra options?

WPShapere does not create such a modification, and we have received no reports of such issues from other buyers.
Is it happening in the page editor or in the Custom widget creation page of WPShapere?
Also, try uninstall other plugins to check if any other plugin is causing the issue.

Anyone else have this problem? In Manage Admin Menu, with specific things visible to specific roles (Editor, for example), but it doesn’t appear for Editors. Or, no roles are selected under “Hide menu for” and still, the menu doesn’t show up for any role other than Admin. What am I missing or is this a bug?

For non-admin users, some menu items (3rd party plugin menus) won’t show because by default those links need a higher role to access those menu items. WPShapere is not a role editor plugin but just hides unwanted menu items and doesn’t edit the capabilities of user roles. You can use any role editor plugin along with WPShapere to edit the default capabilities of users’ roles.

Currently, we aren’t storing domain names attached to the license key on our server. But you can see the license key attached to a website by login to the website (that you’re using WPShapere) and navigate to “Deactivate License”. There you will see the license key attached to that domain name.
