Bought this item 15 days ago and it was a mess from the beginning. The documentation is not clear and certainly do not cover all cases. Exchanged mail with the support many many times ( 1 time they told me to wait till Tuesday while it was Saturday) . Managed to get passed the installation part and when i thought that finally i will set it up to my needs , everytime i hit the save button it threw an error. And of course mail again to the support, wait for them to answer, even asked them if the other product they have (plugin for Wordpress) is better and easier to install and set up. After they confirmed that it is indeed better and has better support , i asked for a refund so i can buy the plugin. Still waiting for the refund. So i bought something and never used it cause i never managed to install it.

Are you aware that on your demo, when trying to log in as a member, it shows a message that the membership has expired? Additionally, I have spent a considerable amount of time going through your system as an admin. There are no significant benefits to using your system. Any regular gym can achieve the same results with Excel, but in a less confusing manner. It seems like this wasn’t thoroughly thought through.

Hi, in the demo version the image of the qr code not generated its very important feature for our business. so before i buying the application i need to be sure that the feature is available. and in the attendance no button to scan qr code.

thank you for your reply but i do not need online payment now. and if we needed we need bank account payment thru visa or credit card in the future because paypal and stripe not allowed in our country.
